Getting worse
Have stayed over at this place countless times. It was good before. Maybe my experience has become worse over time. On this particular visit, the internet wasn't working, no tv channels were available and to top it all off as an icing on the cake the rooms can only be entered by using the master key. Having said that the reception was closed down on the lobby floor so they had to come up with a make shift lobby on the 13th floor and the only way for you to enter this floor is with a key card and since there was no keycard access available, i practically had to wait till one of the staff comes around and ask them to let me on to the 13th floor. Would not pick the same hotel again i would say.

There was no TV and all and there is some electricity problem there was no current in the lobby so they reduced the room rent

Electricity still not working after weeks
After my last disastrous visit where there was no power in the ground floor area - lobby and restaurant - I had assumed that the problem would be fixed. BUT NO - HOW STUPID of me..... I arrive to a black reception with torches and emergency lights and endure another appalling breakfast BUT there is NO mention of this on-going, four weeks +, problem which should never be allowed to arise and which should mean the hotel must not sell rooms without telling people DISGRACEFUL - and yes I have learnt my lesson I will never go again and nor should anybody else while such a fundamental problem exists

Upon arrival lobby was dark. No electricity despite in the same building with TNB. Grouchy front desk & unhappy maintenance. No lights in shower area. Basin clogged. Housekeeping did not clean well. Pillow too high causing neck strain the whole day. No room service at night at 1 am. No answer from concierge or front desk during check out & hence no porter service. It was a better hotel when it was managed under Best Western

Wifi is down
The wifi is down and it was promised to be up the next day in the morning at 0900. But no is was down till the time we check out. Guestrooms are ready late. And the air con seems not working in the hotel lobby. It was so stuffy where we have to wait for out rooms to be ready.
