Disgusting - b-grade hotel
What an appalling hotel. Everyone in our group had many things go wrong with their room. Mostly dirty bathroom. Clogged drainage. Toilets backing up. Thick hair left in the corner of bathrooms and showers. Damp smell in each room. And some even had a crap in their supposedly clean room on arrival! The bar staff I doubt had ever worked behind a bar. We were teaching them how to poor liquor. The beer was warm. The food for breakfast and lunch was appalling - and I love genuine Chinese food. The buffet was perpetually empty and when asking staff for coffee mugs and utensils, they looked at us like we were asking for their first born. With a business center that only opens at 9 and closes at 5... What use that has for those staying and working in Shanghai, I don't know. Towels and sheets had holes in them, likely from cigarette burns. Furniture in the room had stains on them and I doubt the floor has really been vacuumed in weeks. Space for a fridge, but no fridge. Just pathetic hotel.

Old and Not very clean
Lack of non-smoking room, breakfast is totally non-sense. Don't bother to pay for it.

good
too few staff at front desk in the morning at the check-out time, otherwise things are pretty good (also need a better vacuum cleaning for the carpet)
