Dhiraj a staff member was superb! He provided every detail from use of the pool to best places to eat! The guy is phenomenal with customer service and a key member at the hotel! Kevin was also great organizing a driver for us and ensuring our bags were in safe keeping! Overall...great stay! Awesome staff, comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast! Took it because nothing else was available; Can't complain”
A little far off from the main buzz of Powai. It's a little hard to get to due to the roads decreasing quality the farther its get from the nexus of two highways this hotel is of the exit of. Can't criticize the place. It's comfortable, but I'd recommend Rodas in Powai for a much better stay.

Improve system for confirming booking made from hotel sites.”
I had to call them up so many times to confirm my booking. They said it is not showing up in their sysyem. I had to send them email I had received from Agoda. I requested them to call me back and confirm the booking . But, they did not. However, when I arrived for check in, they did not take much time and checked me in without any trouble. They also gave me my preferred twin bed room. I had lunch day after in their restaurant on a la carte basis(not part of package). The restaurant took very long time to serve the meals. Here, they can improve a lot for guests like us. Otherwise, the quality of food was very good. The staff serving were courteous and helpful. They packed the food left by us from our order for further consumption. The security staff (supervisor)at entry gate at 12:30 pm on 9 Jan 2020 could have been more polite and pursuasive while advising me on car parking issue. In fact , he could have been a little accommodtive. The guests expect a certain level of courtesy.

For all those looking for a budget friendly yet elegant place, this is your place. Although location wise it's a little in the interior with not so great locality outside. But once your enter the property it is calm and peaceful. In terms of deals I think it can still do better and give out even more reasonable deals considering the hotel is situated in the interiors.

Worst experience! The hotel needs good management! ”
The AC were not working properly. The lobby in its lf was getting heated up. Got my room after a wait of more than half an hour. The room was not cooling. Told them to change the room which took them almost 3hrs and that was also done after multiple complains. Got the new room and again the same problem. Post which they were not ready to change. So never recommending it to anyone .

An unpleasant experience.”
I had selected a room with a superior bee. However when I was given a room with two single bed. When questioned about the same, they said moving into a single bed room was possible only by paying additional RS 1000. As they didn't have any room available in that category. Moreover no attempts were even made to negotiate. Not the right way to treat customers, who spend time and money to make up for they leisure stay and this is how you spoil it.

Very bad experience in hotel, whole night air condition was not working ”
When I complaint at room service department next morning ,we will sort it out but no body came to check or any response from room service . After 1.5 hours got the call that something went wrong last night with AC and we are working . I went up to reception and complaint , he was surprised or shocked .......... don’t know and replied that we don’t know about that. Staying in 5 star category hotel and getting such a hospitality really sad

Good Value for Money”
Ramada Powai is a little towards outskirts but is really peaceful. The hotel is neat and clean and has good food choices at reasonable prices. Mostly Corporate travelers here but the hotel is also good for family stay when you need a quite place to relax.

Very friendly, efficient, and convenient”
We've stayed here before, and I returned for a day trip for a seminar in Powai. Even though the seminar was in another hotel, I was still more comfortable staying at the Ramada as I knew exactly what to expect from the staff, the facilities and amenities. Clean throughout, well maintain, well staffed, and a very easy place to stay for a short trip.

I often stay at Ramada Powai when I am in Mumbai, mainly because of their excellent staff who are very customer focused. Though their location is not exactly great, but once in the Hotel one is happy to have chosen Ramada.The staff at the front desk, specially Sourabh, Pankaj and Kevin ensure that the guests are comfortable.

Ramada Powai is often my hotel of choice. It matches up to any good four star hotel except for its location. If it not for the subway, I would always stay at the Ramada Powai. The staff are friendly, the rooms well appointed and the food of good quality too.
