Tranquil and up-scale, this is a great resort for getting back to nature with modern day facilities at hand. Surrounded by 64 acres of farmland, vineyards, bike and bushwalking tracks, and nature walks, it’s just minutes away from Penguin Parade, the Koala Conservation Center, the Wildlife Park, or the Nobbies. A true eco-friendly resort, accommodation has been designed to reduce the impact on the surrounding environment by using natural, renewable materials and minimizing energy consumption and waste. Don’t think this means a compromise on quality though, as the studio spas and two/three bedroom villas are wonderfully furnished with hi-tech facilities. On-site activities include a barbeque area, child friendly pool, playground, massage parlor, and tennis as well as a cafe, restaurant, and health club. Making a booking at Ramada Resort by Wyndham Phillip Island is easy with our secure online form. Just enter your dates and click.

Great Stay on Phillip Island”
We traveled to Ramada Resort by Wyndham Phillip Island in June 2019. We have booked the 3 bedroom apartment. The cleanliness of the room was great. Especially after staying late for the penguin parade, the resort is only a 10 mins drive back. The kids love the game room and playground that the resort has to offer. However, as our stay was during winter, we felt there aint sufficient heater to warm the place. Nonetheless, we love our stay in this resort and there are plenty of surprise visits from possums and kangaroos for little kids to see.
Highly recommended accommodation in Phillip Island”
Stayed two nights at a 2 bedroom villa on 11-13 May. Accommodation is well maintained and is equipped with all the essentials. Its location is also near to all the Phillip Island attractions such as Koala Reserve, Churchill Island, Chocolate Factory (Pannys) and Penguin Parade. Groceries can be easily purchased from the nearby Cowes neighbourhood. Resort also has an in-house restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner, as well as Health Centre (gym), playground, game arcade, tennis court etc. Overall highly recommended for anyone who are looking to visit Phillip Island!
Pleasant Stay ”
Spent 1 night at Ramada Resort Philip Island. Received a warm welcome by the reception staff and check-in process was swift. Staff were also very resourceful and knowledgeable. Huge premises, however did not get the chance to utilise the common facilities such as the gym and playground. Entrance of the cabin floor was rather sandy but that is expected given the outdoors. An accommodation which I will definitely return to when I return to Phillip Island.
Great place to stay on Phillip Island”
We had a great time at Ramada Resort Phillip Island. We stayed as a couple, but looking around the grounds, I can't wait to bring the kids here. There were a couple of playgrounds and swimming pools all set in a nice, peaceful garden surrounds. The restaurants on site were convenient as we arrived late. The pizza served may not have been THE best I've ever had, but it was nice and certainly good value and served in a friendly atmosphere. We will be back.
Nice accommodation at Phillip Island”
All Seasons Phillip Island Eco Resort is excellent. The enviornment there is very nice and relaxing. The accommodation has a full set of kitchenware which enabled us to prepare meals at night. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who would visit Phillip Island in future.
Centralised Location on Philip Island”
We stayed for 2 nights in a 2 bedroom suite in Ramada Resort. The kitchen is fully equipped and utensils are clean. Just that there is no frying pan. Everything is well functional. Please note that there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms. A very centralised location. Just a 5 min drive to Cowes which has Coles and other supermarkets. Penguin Parade, Amaze N things and Pennys Choc Factory are all very accessible as well.
Good price with alot of amenities but just no hair dryer.”
Good price for a cottage with 3 very large size of family rooms with well equip kitchenette of oven, microwave, large fridge, toaster but I only manage use the microwave. They even provide washing machine, clothes dryer and iron with board but sadly no hairdryers. Very clean and staff is very helpful by showing what to discover in Phillip Island. The spa and jacuzzi facilities is good. During at night is quite dark to figure out where is the cottage room, lack of street lights to show to path. Early morning at the neighborhood you can find wallaby, birds, ducks and racoon walking around the cottages, very nature.
Camping in the luxury house”
you can feel like camping in the forest, but the true is you are living in the 5 star house, parking in front of the house, full set of the utensil and cooking stuff you need, wonderful playground and pool, i stay for 2 night and have plenty of time to visit the hope phillip island , you will not regret to stay here
Great location and spacious room for large family.”
We had a wonderful stay in the 3 bedroom villa for 2 nights. We are very impressed with the fully equipped kitchen utensils. However, we were only given 1 packet of washing detergent to clean our dishes for 2 days. Luckily, we could buy from Cowes shops not too far away. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The furniture are new and beds are comfortable. Unfortunately, there is no air-conditional in the villa. There is only a ceiling fan in the dining area. During the summer, the villa could be too hot to stay. Hopefully, the management will install air-con in the resort. We had a great holiday and will recommmend this resort to friends and family.
Good cabins in nicely landscaped grounds”
The 2br cabin was well laid out and quite functional, although small in places (e.g. the shower). The kitchen was well equipped, and the heating effective on a couple of cold nights (not sure whether it would be good on a hot summer night though). The cabin was quite private thanks to great landscaping - the grounds were quite kid friendly, and there was a fair amount of wildlife about. The restaurants were fine and the pizza restaurant good value - other facilities were generally quite good. Check in and check out were efficient, and the staff quite helpful with local attractions, restaurants and the like. You need a car to get around Phillip Island, so whilst the resort is a little way out of Cowes, it is quite central to the various attractions.
Best for families”
This is my 3rd time checking in here. Although, i am a bit disappointed that the 3-bedroom villa that we got was a bit smaller than the previous one we had, everything else remains outstanding. With Ramada resort, you get the privacy you need but its still close to the town centre if need supplies from Coles or Woolies or if you simply just wanted to check out the beach.
Nice place for a getaway”
We stayed with our toddler and newborn for 2 nights, and we're very impressed. We had a 2 bedroom cottage which was plenty big enough for the 4 of us. The facilities were great, pool, playground, games room etc. We didn't eat at the restaurant, it seemed a little over priced and cowed Main Street is just down the road. Overall a great stay as lots to do on the island :)
great place to relax”
one night was not enough for our family to fully appreciate the resort and all the island had to offer. Would highly recommend the Ramada for its' locale, facilities, and well appointed cottages
Centrally located in phillip island. Family friendly. Cons: Difficult to find unit if arrive at night due; heater switches off automatically at night
The Ramada was such a pleasant surprise considering the price. I was expecting something much less appealling as the price was very reasonable. The girls at the reception desk were nothing short of marvellous, even under the immense pressure that they were working under with demanding patrons. Room was very comfy, everything we needed was there and it was very clean.
Great family resort”
We were pleasantly surprised, the room is not super modern or top class decor but for our family stay it was perfect. It was well appointed with every appliance And kitchen cooking equipment you would need, the chairs and beds very comfortable, great bathroom and toilet. Heaps of storage space and we really liked the privacy and the back patio overlooking nice and peaceful farmland. Really close to cowes which is the largest town on the island with all the conveniences. The only amenities we used In our 4 days was the playground which is quite okay, and the pizza restaurant which was quite nice and not too expensive. We like this place and will probably return for another longer stay.
short trip away”
it was average, saying that we might not able to stay any better in phillips island. need to be careful as not all kitchenwears are there. nice environment. Going againg if we ever go to Phillips Island. Bed was too small and too soft fro my like, luckily it was once night. The sausages at the buffet breakfast was yummy.
ramada is perfect for a family stay at Cowes”
Great option for Philip Island trips. Aircon failed late afternoon on a 42 degrees C day after we got back from the beach. Hot box to sleep in on last night , just one of those things, not the resorts fault really. Nice walk down into Cowes for Shops and food, about 3km. Kids liked pools & tennis courts , ( it was a heatwave ). Staff at reception very helpful & friendly.Got a great deal off Agoda for a 3 bedroom cottage.
great location, big rooms and good service”
services fast check in upon arrival. employees served with smile. family-friendly secured environment, apartment with big space for kids, and no threats. facilities there are varieties of facilities for family especially for kids. for instance, gyms, swimming pool, bar with happy hours available, and jacuzzi location the hotel situated in a good strategic location, where it is close to cowes city, penguin parade, and wildlife centres.
The unit was lit with heater switched on when we arrived. It took us quite a while to find the place since we arrived late after the visit to penguin parade. There is a Jacuzzi in the bathroom. Water boiled from the kettle has some form of "metal" smell but drinkable. Approximately 5 minutes drive from Cowes. Acceptable at this price range. Recommended!
