After reading several 1 star reviews on this hotel, I decided to take a chance for we were planning a 2 night trip, 1 day at Adventureland. The Waterpark looked fun for the other night we were going to be there. Besides the 2 large slides being closed for the night we were using the Waterpark, the kids (ages 5 to 11) enjoyed it very much. Our room was recently remodeled. It was nice, clean, updated. Hallways and lobby was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. No free breakfast, but that is stated so we weren't expecting it. I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The limited water park hours (4pm-9pm during the week) were disappointing. There were quite a few people enjoying the water when they kicked everyone out at 8;45pm :( With school not in session yet and families on vacation still, it would have been nice to have been open more hours.

Night at the pool with grandkids age 3-5”
I found a great price but it was for Thursday night , instead of a weekend. The pool was great for the kids in our group. Older kids may be bored, but perfect for 3-5 yr olds in my group. The hotel gave us joining rooms, which helped make it a family event. The pool was not crowded, but still had plenty of new friends for the kids to play with. I heard the front desk say they typically sell out on weekends, which makes me not want to be there on weekends and this would not be worth the weekend price. The restaurant is closed, but they did let us bring pizza in and eat at the tables. The full bar was open, and looked like people were enjoying drinks (we didn't utilize the bar). Staff was friendly, hotel was clean, we will do this again during the week when rooms are less and the pool is not crowded. Make sure to check pool times, the pool has limited hours during the week and is not open until afternoon. If you check in late the pool is open until 9PM and does not reopen until the following afternoon. Also allow extra time at the front desk, they only had one person working and it was a very slow process, staff was friendly which helped.

Love the indoor water park”
We love the indoor water park, but things are looking worn. There was mold in the ceiling in the shower and mold in various places in the pool area. Staff was exellent and friendly.

Covid has put a damper on a lot and staffing is short handed but the staff they have is AWESOME! Cleanliness is poor but that was due to those staying there not due to the efforts of house keeping! For the $$ great place to get out and let kids play!!

Rooms were not ready prior to check in and kid pool was freezing! And then double booked the room we were in so some tried getting in, found out when I checked in he did not Actually check me in the system so looked like room was available and a few other people said the same thing!

facility dirty room not well cleaned safety latch on room door broken lock on bathroom door broken bottom of bath door had mold on it bath exhaust fan inoperable wire molding dirty and rusty in room paint peeling from walls extremely noisy, had to confront a group @ 1:50am to move away from our room called desk, no action taken upon checkout told clerk of issues received ubiquitous “sorry bout that” won’t stay there again

From 1:30pm, til almost 4:45am, NO ELECTRIC WHAT SO EVER!!! COULDN'T FIND ANYTHING IN MY ROOM. HALL LIGHTS WERENT WORKING, SO IT WAS A TOTAL WASTED OF MONEY AS WELL. The gentleman at the desk were at a loss. So how many is this that I've gotten screwed out of my money...

The rooms were cleanish but in a disgusting state of disrepair. The pool was so packed with locals and birthday parties that my kids refused to go anywhere near it until an hour before closing time. There were people yelling inside and outside in the parking lot the entire time. There was no breakfast or food on site. Our suite was supposed to have a fold out couch but it was just a couch. My poor husband and son slept on the small couch and a chair. Very disappointed in this hotel.

The place is falling apart, the staff doesn't much care. Rooms sucked our rooms entryway door knob and security latch was falling off and we contacted the front desk 3 times to have it repaired and it never happened. We also had mold and mildew in the bathroom walls and ceiling and on the window curtains. There were old nasty cookies on our bedroom floor upon entry. The two biggest water slides where broken for the three days for the 3 days we were there and staff had no idea when they would be repaired, half of the arcade games are brokendown and not operating and the resturant is closed indefinitely. Plus no conntenantal breakfast. Pretty sure this hotel will be out of buisness within 2 years or so.

This hotel is very out dated. Bare minimum on cleanliness. Some staff were friendly but most the staff my family encountered seemed to not care at all. The rooms were small and beds were uncomfortable. We asked for a cot which they were happy to give us however the mattress was disgusting. The restaurant attached was very expensive for lackluster food. The arcade was horrible most of the games were broken and the entire area looked like it had been unmaintained for some time. Check out time is noon and we left at 6am if that tells you anything. Adventureland in would have been better all around for kids and adults if you're having a party.

Disgusting, dirty, unsafe, run down, no hot water in room”
Our room was ok. We had no hot water our entire stay. Talked to staff about it in person and was unresolved. Water park was beyond disgusting. There was mold growing in toilets and garbage cans in bathrooms. Wads of toilet paper everywhere. I almost threw up. Lifeguards were half asleep and inconsistent with rules if they enforced them at all. The stairs leading up to slides had rust and paint peeling off. It was so gross. The railing had also rusted off bottom support and was very loose. There were screws that were loose and even coming out on some of the slide pieces. It was a bit scary. Water was so cloudy my kids couldn’t even see with their goggles on. Hot tub was luke warm and when jets were on you wouldn’t know it. Signs in eating areas stated no outside food and drinks allowed. So we hauled our wet selves and pizza we ordered up to our room to eat. We came back down and two different groups of people were at tables with food they ordered out of hotel. Never staying again!
