The pre-authorization funds will be released following departure minus the cost of any incidentals and/or applicable recovery fees, as required. Per Ramada Tulsa's policy, absent a valid, pre-authorized credit/debit card on file, potential guests will not be permitted to check-in to the hotel.
Pets must be approved by hotel at check-in and there is a fee of USD 20 per night. Guests will be charged USD 100 if no pet is declared and a pet is found staying in room. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Ramada will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
