Located deep inside the bylanes of Orleanpet. Drove down from Bangalore. Had a tough time locating the place as the number mentioned on the Agoda website was incorrect. The approach road as well as the road on which the hotels was located was wide enough for an auto rickshaw to pass. Parking facility for one car and I was lucky as there were not too many guests. No front office staff. Only an old man (typical "ramu kaka" of the 1960's) managing the show. No in-house cafe so all food and drinks come from outside. Wi-fi was poor. Did not connect in the rooms. Room cleanliness was okay. Could be better. Not a good place for families. Maybe good for students and backpackers. Not a good experience. Agoda needs to check properties personally before listing them.

Hormis l emplacement qui est a 2km dufront de mer, mais juste a côté de gare routière pour les voyageurs en bus. Et un très bon accueil, l'hôtel est propre. La chambre est super propre, draps serviette, salle de bains tout est super propre! Au calme et petit prix ... mais j y ai séjourné pendant la basse saison.

Пытались выдать поддельный чек на оплату при check-out, переселить в другой номер, на второй день пребывания, wi-fi только для владельцев индийских номеров и только на reception, горячую воду включают по звонку на reception. Относительно чисто.

其实本来住的还不错，也准备续住，但离海边有一段距离，第二天中午问前台退房时间，她指着我们入住的时间说24小时，再三确认过是24小时后，我们下午找了海边的酒店就回来退房这时候前台换了人，矢口否认24小时退房一说还打电话给早上的人确认说没说24小时退房。如果早上你说是12点退房，我们绝对换旅店也是订后一天的，现在我们新订了房你又这么说，老板这时候突然变得很凶要我们再给500卢比，虽然我们觉得我们没错，但如果报警也是浪费时间，所以丢了300卢比了事。所以给大家提个醒，印度人经常说话不算，多留心眼。
