Lovely hotel and beautiful location”
Beautiful place and very well maintained. Right from the point one enters Ramboda Falls, you are taken down to the hotel in a van. The hotel is well built and has a great location. Rooms are clean and the view from the room is good. Has a natural water swimming pool and one can walk down to the waterfalls. Would rate it 8 on 10. Only disadvantage is that it's cut off from Nuwair Eliya (around 20 kms from the city which on these curvy roads would be atleast a 45 min drive). But if ou have a cab/van of your own, then its good. The breakfast was good. I just hipe that prices dont increase as the ratings improve

Ramboda Falls Hotel- Is an ideal location for water falls lover to stay. Its surrounded by wonderful Ramboda Falls with natural wonder scenery and gardens.Staffs are friendly and providing attentive services during my stay. In term of room, its quite simple. If they can do little bit upgrade, it will be a added value to guest for the wonderful stay.

We were given 2 rooms. But unfortunately, one of the rooms had a blackout upon us checking into the room. It took a while for the staff to rectify the issue. However, they offered us another room but we didn't take it as the power came back as per normal. Overall, hotel staff are friendly and helpful. If you book Super Deluxe type, you'll get to see the Ramboda falls just outside the balcony. Amazing view!

Excellent location but rooms not clean”
Only from this hotel, we can access to Ramboda falls. Highly recommended for spending time close to falls and valley views. Room was not clean and there were cockroaches in toilets. Staff was called but to no response later. We were only getting pesticide smell/dampness inside room. Internet was good only at common areas. Complimentary breakfast was awesome with both european and srilankan cuisine.

Beautiful Location”
The relaxation the waterfalls made this hotel ideal for a night after traveling. We enjoyed the view from our room and from the dining area. The staff was very helpful in addressing our needs. The only downfall is no cars are allowed to go directly to the hotel you need to take a shuttle down the steep hill and back up.

we stayed one night with friends. our stay was lovely. our room was right next to the falls. we could here them all night. the room could need a little renovation but the beds, the size of the room and the shower were fine. i would recommend it for a one night-2 night stay

I stayed in this hotel for one day to my way to Nuwara Eliya. Lovely location,you defiantly enjoy a day here. But the Hotel rooms are very standard type. Room service is average but food is good.

Rooms were small but clean and the bed was comfortable,shower good.Service was excellent.The hotel needs to improve on its dining room cleanliness as the tablecloths at every table were filthy. Overall, it is a good value for your dollar !!

only 100 meters from the falls. breakfast and dinner are ok. staff friendly. the rainy climat and the waterfalls makes everything a little bit wet. it is a nice hotel beween kandy and nuwera.

Worst hotel in a best location!”
a nightmare, with 7 month old baby we had light cut on both nights of our stay. The rooms are not cosy at all although big. Staff not very friendly and forget about any kind of refund even though it's their problem. Food is very poor quality and does not feel like 3 stars hotel at all. There is no other food shops available around, so make sure you bring some snacks with you. Very disappointed but the only good thing is that the location is spot on right in grind of the Ramboda Falls. It's beautiful specially in the morning with the sun coming out.

No much Indian spread in the buffet...Having food in the hotel is not worth for Rs.1500 per person...You don't have much options near the hotel...There are only two hotels in this location...Property is located in the mid of Kandy and Nuwara elly...
