"I’m in the process of moving back to this neighborhood and needed a room for a few days. The staff was courteous and professional and the room was clean, simple, and well appointed. Several hotels in this area seem to cater to large tourist groups, so I’d encourage you to avoid peak breakfast hours (6:30-8:30). Tourists may or may not desire the location (although those wanting a more Thai experience may appreciate it). Getting downtown is simple enough. Take a taxi to the Ramkhamhaeng or Hua Mam Airport Lin stations and connect to the BTS or MRT from there. "

"This is our second stay and getting the suite with breakfast this time since only a minimal price increase from normal room. Room is big with a kitchen and clean. Toilet is small compare to room size but adequate. Breakfast is average as expected for the price. Overall stay experience is good, the only inconvenience for travelers without transport is the hotel location. It is not located anywhere near the BTS and MRT subway stations. Therefore getting around can be problematic without own transportation and cost of transport can added up fast."

"This hotel is conveniently located. Beautiful decoration Clean rooms and bathrooms. Privacy and security The important thing is that the breakfast service is of good quality and tasty. The only thing that is difficult to improve is the entrance from the narrow Ramkhamhaeng Road. But was impressed and considered a good value for money accommodation. I came to stay a second time. And definitely think of coming back to stay here."

"We selected this hotel due to the star rating and the proximity to the airport. We had an early flight the next morning and were very keen to find a hotel with few distractions. The restaurant was great and the room was massive. A very lush business flavoured hotel. Not a great deal of character, it's a new hotel but immaculately presented and very welcoming. The swimming pool area is incredible and truth be told, was the reason that we selected this place. Looking out over the city during a romantic sunset and due to the lack of patrons there, meant we had the world to ourselves. A lovely refreshing welcome drink in the Grand Cafe was great, sadly not a very inviting outside area. The hotel is on a major road and although not one of the busiest roads, doesn't add to the relaxation aspect. The cocktail menu was extensive, but not very informative when it came to ingredients. Made me hesitant to try new ones. I suspect that the hotel has the Thai Airways contract and as a result, a lot of passengers from delayed connections and cancelled flights arrived around 9pm. Best to get into the restaurant and pool before they do. Nothing wrong with them, just the sudden influx of people is a little overwhelming at times. Overall, a great hotel that has the potential to get better and better. We're stoked we got to see it for such a relatively cheap price. It's definitely a hotel I will use again, if only for the swimming pool on the 10th floor and the complimentary fruit platter."

"We booked for price, familiarity of the area aswell as being half way between sukhumvit and the area where the missus works. 15 min walk to bangkapi mall and the water taxi. Public transport on the main road at the end of soi. Food stalls, 7-11 and tesco lotus express close by. If you need to be in the bankapi or ramkhumhaeng area I'd highly recommend this hotel for price point, cleanliness and service."
