Pros are that the staff are very friendly and they all speak English. It’s located very close to the trailheads which is nice. Cons are that the showers are set up poorly. There is no private space to change. On one floor there aren’t even soap dishes. They ran out of hot water a lot. There are only two outlets in a dorm of 4 beds. The WiFi wasn’t great. While it isn’t the best in the town, when the restaurant is crowded it slows it down. Plus if you are farther down the hall their is no access in the room. They should add an extra router. For the price they charge for a dorm bed, the facilities should be better.

El Chaltén stay”
We stayed two nights in a private room. Check in was easy and efficient. Reception staff spoke almost fluent English which was really useful for us. There is a 24hr restaurant on the premises and is very useful for early breakfasts and whatever you need in the evening. Wifi is good. Bed was comfortable and parking was available free of charge. The only negative is that the bathroom requires an overhaul.

Not perfect but suited my needs fine”
The 24 hour restaurant is convenient but man, they really need better vegetarian options (there’s lazy, thin basics and nothing hearty: am omelette, a shockingly expensive no-frills salad, and a thin soup). There’s a kitchen to cook in but no coffee maker. The showers are great but the toilet stalls are laughably small - the door hits the toilet so they only open not even halfway! Woe to any large person that can somehow cram into these. Beds are good but rooms are dusty and visibly aging. The music played in the restaurant room never varies, which is slightly maddening. Hot showers, reliable wifi. Hangout area is small, there’s a couple of couches and a computer desk which is great but Most of the space is devoted to thw restaurant, so there’s nowhere to hang out really except your bed. Staff is great though: helpful, cheerful, friendly and attentive. Not perfect but I was fine with the tradeoffs. Thanks Rancho Grande!

the hostel is huge and you are one of many there. Still the area for cooking and relaxing upstairs is good. Anyway the kitchen utensils are spare. I think they want that you eat at the restaurant. Wifi is bad but they can't change it because it is satellite connection.... One room had bed bugs but I didn't had any.

rooms are spacious, but indoor public places are not enough. there are no table or desk in dorm but tables in lobby are used for business of restaurant, especially at lunch time and dinner time.. so i need to move at times to give my place, i feel very inconvenient. when i required for booking the next yh, i was charged much more than walk in in the next yh.

Nice structure but bed were old and uncomfortable”
The hostle looks pretty but the bed re just old and uncomfortable, if you are planning to go hiking the last thing you want is to sleep badlym and that's what happened to us. The position tho is good, right by the cerro Fitz Roy trail and close to many restaurants and shops. Also at the reception tried to make us pay more that we had agreed, maybe it was just a mistake, but you never know.

El lugar está cerca de los senderos, tiene un restaurante 24 hs abierto y es rico y accesible. Pero les falta cuidar a los viajeros. Ofrecen poca información sobre las actividades del lugar, durante mi estadía no dijeron que había descuento en el Hostel para comprar pasaje a Calafate. Mi reserva era por una habitación de 4y me dieron una de 2 con cucheta en la que apenas entramos. En el horario de las 18.30 hasta las 22.00 bañarse con agua caliente era para celebrar. Consideró que le falta infraestructura

フィッツロイ登山口に近くて良かった。 バスターミナルや街からは遠め。 早朝の出発も可能。 宿の1階がレストランになっていて、料理も美味しかった。 キッチンは狭めで調理器具も少なめ。 部屋が男性ばかりの部屋に私女1人だったので、配慮して欲しいと思った。

핫샤워 잘되고, 화장실 수시로 청소해서 깔끔한다. 조식이 없는 건 단점이지만 24시간 레스토랑 있어서 조식을 해결할 수 있다. 스태프도 친절하고, 와이파이도 빠른간 아니지만 할만하다. 화장실 청소 엄청 열심히 자주해서 깔끔한데 침대 담요는 쏘쏘.. 마침 침낭 있어서 깔고 잤다.

버스터미널에서 좀 멀긴 했지만 알고 보니 버스가 이 숙소까지 더 오더라구요. 그래서 떠나는 날은 숙소 앞에서 바로 버스를 타서 편리했어요. 대신 아침 일찍 버스를 탈 경우에는 전날 미리 체크아웃 절차를 밟으시는게 젛을 것 같아요. 버스를 7시에 타야 되는데 직원이 7시 출근이라고 기다리라고 해서 기다리다 버스 시간 좀 늦어져서 기사 아저씨한테 괜히 한소리 들었네요. 그 외에는 트레킹 입구랑 가까워서 하산할 때 힘들어 죽겠는데 숙소가 가까워서 너무 좋았어요. 아침 식사는 포함이 안되어 있지만 숙소에 있는 레스토랑이 저렴하고 점식 저녁 식사의 경우에는 숙소에 머물면 10프로 할인해줘서 더 좋았어요. 그리고 샤워실도 여러 칸이 있어서 기다릴 필요없고 더운물 잘 나오구요. 다 좋았어요.

הגעתי ישירות למלוןביום חמישי ושאלתי בקשר לאוטובוס לברילוצה למוצ"ש היות ואני שומר מסורת נתקלי בנציגת קבלה אשר אמרה כי יש אוטובוס אחת ליומיים דהיינו שבת ויום שני. שבת לא רלוונטי ושאלתי ליום ראשון אמרה שלא וזירזה אותי לרכוש כרטיס. שאל.י אותה אם זה כללי בעיירה או שהם עובדים עם חברה מסויימת והיא אמרה שבכל העיירה זה ככה ואין מה לעשות בנידון. רכשתי כרטיס וביום ראשון הזדמנתי לתחנה המרכזית של העיירה ונאמר כי יש אוטובוס בראשון. כשהגעתי לפקידה היא אמרה שזו לא אחריותה לדעת מה קורה מחוץ להוסטל והיות ורכשתי באשראי את הנסיעה לא ניתן להחזיר את הכסף אז או שאני אתקע פה יומיים סתם או שאני אמצא מישהו אחר שיקנה ממני את הכרטיס. בנוסף א רה שאם הייתי רוכש במזומן היא הייתה מחזירה לי 70% בלבד. ולכן צוות העובדים לא אמין ומעלימים מידע ראו הוזהרתם !!!!!!
