No water heater. Shower switch from faucet to shower is leaking so almost no shower. A/C remote do not work perfectly as well as it's difficult to lower or increase the temp. No toilet seat. The good thing is the night staff was very pleasant.

You get what you paid for. Location is great as its near almost everything like 7/11, supermarket, ayala mall, bay walk, etc. I just hope that the walls of the rooms are concrete/cement.
