Everytime we come back to Bangkok, we use to stay in Ratchada 17 Place. We love the position, just a few metro stops from the city center, rooms are always clean and friendly staff! Sure, we'll come in the next months.

I make a mistake booking on the wrong date, I think due to communication barriers, they did not reply me, We rush to Hotel thought to salvage few hours, get some shower and refresh, they kindly extend/change our booking to save us another night of booking. The locations is great, plenty of food and convenience walkable distance , even to mrt or bus station. The reception was open 24 hrs and have essential items on sale. We are happy to book and stay at Ratchada 17.

Stayed in the room with 3 beds at first with my friend, then went to my private standard bedroom! The transition was good! One thing you need to know in all Thailand is that checking in starts at 2! Even if you booked before they won’t let you stay! But the stuff really helped us out!

The room was okay, but a bit dirty. Bed was clean but super hard. Other pillow was massive and hard as well. I have no idea who can use it as sleeping. If I have to, I would go again, but if I would rather sleep my night somewhere else. Staff was friendly and location good. I only stayed 1 night.

Conveniently located, not too far from mrt and main road. Staff were friendly, cleaning staff were good, but room and particularly the bathroom left a lot to be desired. Pool was great, but 90% of fitness centre equipment was rusted and unusable.

Horrible sleep”
Location is far from main road, building is old and cleanliness was not well kept. The bed was hard and bed sheet was not properly tucked. The pillows were unbelievably hard and huge, you cannot sleep on it as it hurts your neck and we had to fold the torn towels to sleep on. It is horrible how the management can't get the basic things right for a place to sleep, BED & PILLOWS! Don't go there...

Staff were friendly, but room was horrendous. Bed was hard as a rock, pillows were similarly hard. I booked a room here earlier, and the bed and pillows in that room were passable. Bathtub was dirty, and showerhead isn't very usable unless you're short. Would not stay again

This is one of my bad experiences staying in Bangkok. The staff is not accommodative. They are rude to be honest. Things like shower and wifi just doesn't work. And when I asked for help, the staff is just rude. Annoying experience.

The building is old. The room doesn't look the same in the picture. The room is quite clean, but it doesn't look clean. The money you pay for the room isn't worth it. I had booked for 2 nights, but I decided to checkout right away when I checked into my room. I was not happy to see the room.
