The price is very valuable! The hotel’s location is very good where is convenient to go to 2 near night markets within 10 minutes. The room is big and the bed is comfortable for sleeping. There is no serve breakfast now.

It’s a good value for the amount I paid. I was a bit put out though when I requested a high level so as to get a good view of the city. They put me on the sixth floor, which was good. But the “balcony “ was an area to the outside with a concrete wall where the view should have been. The only “view “ was out either side through openings about eighteen inches wide. I could see the rooms to each side of us had beautiful unobstructed views. The place was not at all full, so can’t understand why I was put in that room. Maybe because of the price I paid. Otherwise, everything was good. Not spectacular, but very acceptable.

Value for Money”
I have stayed at this hotel in the past when travelling by myself. The rooms are large with a large refrigerator. The bathroom looks as though it has recently been retiled and upgraded to more modern fittings than I recall from previous visits. There are several bars and a variety of restaurants, two 7-11 24 hr opening convenience stores within a few hundred meters of the hotel. I speak a little Thai which is sufficient to check in and out so not sure of the receptionist English abilities.

Room space & its facilities are good for traveler. The room charge is included 2 special dishes of breakfast for 2 guests. And also its location in center of the city when the evening-night time have night market and convenience store nearby. It's the good hotel for me.

Ask for a decent mattress”
When accepting the budget price room (I paid AUD$49 for 2 nights) ensure you ask for a decent mattress. If you don't, you will end up with what feels like solid wood with a thin covering. For me it was nearly impossible to sleep. Next morning I mentioned it to the reception staff and they offered to shift me to another room. No issues. No trouble. All I am saying is let the reception staff know in advance if you want more of a Western style mattress. The breakfast was great and plenty off it. Coffee is not from a big coffee machine. It is sachet of voffee and hot water with coffee mate whitener. Still, I would recommend it. Just be aware of the mattress situation.

If you have a business in Nakhonpathom and not too far from the City and Silpakon University, I recommend this hotel. Welcome drink are delicious, cleaning room, good wi-fi and not too far from boiled rice restaurants and convenient store.

Rooms are big. There are Connecting rooms which suit family stay. Althorugh the hotel is a bit old, still very value for money. Free one Thai local dish for breakfast.

I appreciated with the staffs. I got 2 breakfast coupons but I was hurry to go before I had time to have breakfast. Then I returned to ask if I could have it, the coupon was available til 12.00 am. The staff said I can order and took 2 meal from 2 coupons to eat at home. They was nice and adviced me that it was my right to have it. Thank you and hope the staffs were nice as this time.

pros: budget room service food, in downtown, spacious room, helpful staff cons: parking lots are not suffient, thin wall ps the place is quite old but I'm okay with that so it's not placed in cons.
