No value for money ”
Highprice, location is placed away from the dunes, own arrangements to be made for desert safari, desert safari was not worth the money considering other better options!!!! Activities such as jeep safari, paragliding etc. not organized for the customer and prices were exorbitantly high!!!! The property owner gets personal in attempt to deliver customer satisfaction which is intimidating !!!!

adventurous trip with family ”
hospitality by kann singh was good. He recommended the jeep safari which was really class and enjoyed by my kids alot. Evening was well planned and Christmas eve was well enjoyed by all of us.
Place was quite well managed .As a family we enjoyed alot. Since it's little far from main road so there was no disturbance. Kann singh behaviour was very friendly and he tried every bit to make you feel at home. Overall all nice experience and good place to stay with family or friends.

Authentic...no where close”
AC in the tent
Booked for 2 nights, paid way too much, only stayed for 1, sunk cost. Food was pretty horrible. The tents aren't really tents, they're concrete buildings with clothes draped around them. They tried to charge me extra 20 bucks more to get out to the camps, the charged for water despite having paid for all food and non alcohol drinks. Didn't help to organize any type of camel safari or keep safari. My first morning there they asked if I needed a ride back to jaisalmer city.... Overall not worth a dime. Stay in town at one of the many cute guest houses that have better accom, food and service and arrange a night in the desert from town. They had incredible service, amazing desert safari over night arrangement, delish food and a 10th of the cost. Don't stay at ratnawali that is the long and short of it

Unique experience, thoroughly enjoyable”
Good location, extremely helpful staff, passionate manager striving to provide an authentic Rajasthani experience
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ratnawali camp. It is located far out into the desert, fairly close to the Sam sand dunes. It is not a luxury camp but I was really impressed by the arrangement. An authentic Rajasthani experience - much better than other camps that provide more of a Bollywood experience. I would highly recommend it.
