not walk able to mid valley, if you really need to walk, it takes 30 min walk beside the main road. good for exercise. smelly pillow case (maybe my room only). good to train toleration. good water pressure, yeah this is good. real basic breakfast, rm90 / night, what you expect for? not customer oriental other nation receptionist, understand that boss always around, maybe stress to talk more.

Sometimes you never know what option of room agoda can offer for you. Worth every penny spend! The staff very friendly, room service are very good. Located not far from the city. Suitable price with a good rooms. Looking forward to stay if returning to Kuala Lumpur again

There is an Indian restaurant in this hotel. I love the mutton Briyani served by the hotel. The buffet breakfast was not as good as I thought and not worth to try. The cleanliness of the carpet can be improved. Services provided were excellent. However, there are no nearby shops. This hotel seems to be isolated somewhere at Midvalley city. The front desk staff is a foreigner and I had difficulty of understanding his English. No chair was provided in the room. I found it hard to do my office work without a chair. I wish there is an iron to iron my business attire. Mineral water should be provided regularly. Only one bottle was provided initially as I stayed all by myself in a twin room. Upon request, an additional bottle was given. But next day, to my disappointment, no mineral water was provided at all. Remote control should be repaired as the battery kept falling out. Bathroom is quite clean.

Good for a wash-up and sleep”
The hotel room is clean when enter. Quite near to Mid Valley, but if walking under the hot sun, it's not great. Plus, may have problem crossing the highway. Grab would be best, cost only around RM6 one way. Perhaps due to post MCO it is at its most basic: beds, bathroom and cabinets. TV is there, but nothing is playing. All others amenities stated on Agoda were not available, such as kettle, hair dryer, mini bar, in-room safe box, ironing facilites, not even a desk & chair. No complementary water and daily housekeeping too. Toiletries included a piece of soap and a small tube of shampoo. Well, it's fine if you are not expecting much for the price paid, and just needed a place to stay and wash up. Please ensure the guest keep quite during late night and early morning. The neighbour was having a party up till 12 midnight and again around 5-6 am. Not extremely loud, but could hear the music pounding through the walls. Evidence was shown by the confetti on the floor outside the room.

Located at Taman Seputeh. A bit hidden location even though located nearby Midvalley. Furniture in a battered condition. Limited carpark available. Reasonable price for dine in restaurants which available at ground floor

Choose room wisely!”
Rooms are not sound-proofed, so those facing the Federal Highway suffer from traffic noise. If you need a quite sleep best choose rooms facing the other side (the front facade).

Reason that was given by the staff due to Covid but was not informed earlier when the booking was done. No entertament for 2 days of staying. Boring, should improve with remarks or notify the customer.

My 1st room was quite problematic; leaking pipe, room was not cleaned, the smell... Ugh. But then they compensate me with a bigger room that are much better than the one I booked. I liked that room very much. The only problem is the location as it's not located at city centre. But overall, I had a good time staying there.

Supposed to be free breakfast but was told I meed to pay for another pax”
There is a miscomm between Agoda apps and he hotel whereby the family room breakfast is only for 3 pax even though I booked for 2 adults and 2 children, I was asked to pay for a child. Howeber the staff is kind enough to let my kid to eat for free due to the misscomm. Very nice staff.

Good location and a great value for money. It was a good deal for me to stay alone but I would have second thoughts if I’m going stay with my family. Cleanliness was fair and the things provided was fair as well. Food was so so from the hotel cafe. Portion was fair was taste was not up to expectation. Highly recommended for solo travelers (guys)

the only good thing is the indian cleaner/staff who worked there for 9 years. he handled me sugars and iron. i asked for those stuff from the main staff but he and she said it is not provided there. where actually the indian staff can equip me when i need it. and the male staff is taking customer for granted. got one car with activated alarm. he seems to ignored it and then the battery was out. he was out the hotel smoking that time. ffs i dont even know who was the owner whatever it is this hotel is blergh
