Marvelous and lovely place to stay!”
We had a great time at Raya Resort. It is located at the quiet part of Cha-am. Raya Resort has a great garden and is located at the beach. You get free bicycles to explore this part of Cha-am. At the beach Raya Resort has chairs and umbrellas free to use and it is easy to order drinks and food. Staff is very friendly and they arrange everything for you. Although hiring their driver seems a little bit expensive, it's worthwhile to do this. They bring you everywhere and if you are ready to go back to the resort, they'll pick you up. No hustle with finding a taxi (which can be very hard in the area of the resort).

An oasis of peace and tranquility”
Cha Am is approximately two hours from Bangkok and Raya Resort is a very charming oasis within a stones throw of the Ocean. The rooms are pleasantly appointed and the gardens manicured. complimentary bicycles provide you with an opportunity to explore the surrounding area and visit the working fishing port where the catch of the say is saved and served fresh to your place in local restaurants and cafes. Local Thai people enjoy this stretch of coastline - it has an authentic unspoiled flavour. We would recommend Raya to anyone needing a break from the rigors of the city in need of fresh sea air and pleasant surroundings.

Grate private and lovely service”
Raya resort Cha-am located in a nice area with a open beach. My family love the resort very much in term of big family travel. The service were very nice all day and night just call. The greenery and relaxing area are fantastic during the hottest summer time in summer time. Considering about the price is the fair value in term of of overall. But we cannot afford every time for travel. If you are looking for forestry resort and private they might be perfect for you.

Great park setting next to the beach”
This is a great hotel right across from the beach. The hotel surrounds a private park area with nice ponds of fish and is in a quieter part of Cha Am. The beach is small and surrounding area not great, but the hotel itself is like an oasis with beautiful big trees and well manicured lawn as well as complimentary bikes for everyone. The rooms are very tasteful as well with both indoor and outdoor seating. The pool is small, but then there are few visitors when we were there so it ended up feeling like a private pool. Highly recommended.

Cool and pleasant”
The rooms was like Thai vintage houses, there are 2 floors, the first or ground floor is a free space, it is best to hangout, have some activities, or bbq perhaps. The upstairs is a bed room with balcony, there is one living room with TV. The room is so quiet at night, no sounds from outside can interrupt you sleep. The houses surrounded by plants and trees, like the whole place is a garden itself. Every houses also provided with bicycles, which can be used to go anywhere even outside the hotel. In front of the hotel is a private beach, there’s space to sit down in front of Cha-am beach and it is free. The breakfast is excellent, especially croissants.

Spacious Villa, Great Staff”
we were looking for a comfortable and relaxing place for 2 weeks. raya met and exceeded our expectations. we stayed in the 2 story garden villa which was quite spacious and included a large jacuzzi and 3 large screen tv's. there are only 16 rooms on the grounds so it is not packed with guests. the staff was the most attentive and helpful that we have encountered in our years of traveling in asia. the ocean is across the street and has an area sectioned off for the hotel guests. there is a large well kept swimming pool on the grounds. this area is a thai vacation area which was fine for us since we were not looking for an active nightlife (you can go to hua hin for that). overall it was a most pleasant stay.

Nice peaceful retreat”
We found the resort to be very pleasant, the staff were excellent and the restaurant was really good. The rooms are very spacious for the price and it was nice to stay in a more boutique Hotel instead of the big beach hotels in Hua Hin.

Brilliant hotel”
The accommodation was brilliant, you felt as if you were in your own little home. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. .Bicycles were provided free of charge so it was easy to get to the other end of the resort where they had sunbeds on the beach to hire . Beach was opposite the hotel with deck chairs for free, but not so good for serious sunbathing. The restaurant was fantastic with selections of Thai food and English , a little more expensive than the more `authentic ` Thai restaurants but defiantly worth it. Breakfast was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our eight day stay and would defiantly go back again.

we checked in late afternoon. staffs are very freindly and helpful, they gave many good recommendations about the area. the hotel owner trained their staffs very well. but the best part is when you get into the hotel, you will see huge garden..huge..and the rooms area are about 100 m from the reception so you will be walking into different world. the beach which is across the street are noisy and crowded but not the hotel..very very nice

Great room, great service, great food”
Excellent, great value for money - highly recommend for a relaxing break. A car would be useful but you can order the hotel car for an agreed price to take you almost anywhere - so not entirely necessary. Beach is a little nicer and wider further South, but food and service and the nice pool did it for me.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful landscaped gardens”
We booked a chalet and my family enjoyed walking and cycling about the gardens. Although it was off peak season the resturant food was excellent and attentive service. We will surely return to this hotel

A goog location for a short break”
Overall a good stay. The children enjoyed the bicycles supplied in the resort and the food in the restaurant was good. The beds were very hard and i would not wish to spend more than two nights in them.

Relaxing. Staff was great all around.”
They were prepared for us when we arrived, and were quick to respond to our request for 3 separate beds. The bikes that were provided were fun, and the grounds were like a private oasis just off the busy beachside road. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The pool and grounds were immaculate. Housekeeping was attentive. Would highly recommend this place to families or people who want to escape the busy crowds.

Gorgeous location”
Site is beautiful. Lots of mature trees, immaculate grounds and nice wood construction throughout. Excellent breakfast and restaurant food also excellent. Management of the premises is a bit haphazard. Some of the staff could be better trained. That does not stop all member of staff from being very pleasant. Nice place to stay and would be even better if they had a spa.

Not too Bad”
A little boring,however the grounds were superb. The rooms were pleasant enough although the beds were small and rock hard, very little English TV and most other channels had no signal. The hotel is really situated at the wrong end of town for a decent stay even though they do supply two rickety old push bikes for use. Nothing really to say wow about this hotel will not be going back

Good resort with big garden, very relaxing place. ”
Overall is good and very happy with staffs, facilities and quiet place for relaxing. I stayed in double-bed room which 5' bed size and would be better if there is 6' size option and another thing only if the toilet and bathroom combined together would be better and convenience.
