More than my expectation”
I arrived here at 1am and the staff really friendmy managing my check in. They also gave me information regarding my trip and very helpful. room big and clean. this hotel gave me more than what i expect. I pay cheap but i got better service. I want to take morning train at the nearest train station. Thanks for that because i able to get the ticket even i go out later than my schedule because of the hotel is close to the train station. Nice hotel and friendly staff

Good budget hotel”
They didn't respond to my calls when I was in my country, however when I reached there, they accepted booking by Agoda and it was a pleasant stay there. They helped me get a thermometer at night online when most pharmacies were closed. They were also happy to assist. Good hotel good staff good price. I thank RD hotel for their service.

Older property but close to Thonburi train station ”
Pretty old hotel and I had a lizard which gave me a scare in the room. Smoking allowed in room. Bed is alright but shower pressure is weak and water ain't hot. Not ideal but it was only a transit hotel for me to get to Thonburi train station the next day.

Very pleasant hotel to stay except the staff was not polite and rude.”
The hotel is very pleasaant to stay as this was not my first time i booked this hotel room. Its situated in very strategic location and even the food also very nice. But i experienced the worst when come to the staff who checked me in. I already booked the room through agoda and i reached the hotel very late and it was about 2am. The staff attended me even dont know how to check me in after i explained and showed booking number. I was tired and she was very rude saying she give me key card but actually she is not. She also said will check the cctv as though i was wrong. At last she managed to get me new key card. Eventhough i was frustrated, end of the day the hotel is nice to stay. The staff called after 20 minutes and admit that she was wrong. Hope the staff be more polite to the guest in the future.

On the check up schedule with Siriraj hospital, place is just 5 minutes away from the hospital, old hotel but nice and clean, comfatable bed, aircond is cool, everything just fine.

Hotel location is good for us to Thonburi Railway Station walking distance 1km. It is very local hotel. Room facility need some maintenance. Breakfast is room service type. Standard size.Staffs only know simple English.

The ac is way too loud, I stayed two different rooms here, and no ac remote control so I woke up many times and walked to the wall to switch off ac. Everything else is fine, if you need to go to siriraj hospital you can try stay here but not value for money.

First room we got had many ants everywhere, called the reception and got another room with no ants apparently, but with some old food on the carpet in the bed corner. Breakfast standard for that price. Lack of maintenance in the room facilities.

Staff unable to speak english. Breakfast was supposed to be served in floor 2, After waiting in front of a locked door we had to leave without breakfast.We were ignored by the staff. With a better educated staff this hotel can be very good.

Not a safe place”
Theif can come at any time during your sleep. He even knows how to unlock the door without making any noise or breaking the lock. I assume it is not his first time. The hotel should do something about their security.

"it is summer so no hot water"”
Yeah, what can I say, the staff told us that there is no hot water in shower because it is summer and the water heater is turned off. It makes 0 sense though as during this month the weather is just the same as any other time of the year with intermittent raining so it wasn't even hottest. We have stayed 2 times and the previous time there was hot water and wifi, this time not. it depends on which side of the building your room is I guess. Anyhow the whole place looks like it has suffered from water damage EXCEPT the front desk area which is really nice. there's nothing wrong with the staff but I guess the owner doesn't invest money back into it. and the water damage comment I mean most of the painted surfaces throughout look like as if the sprinkler system had gone on at some point. Other side door to the lobby gets locked up at night, but it's marked as a fire exit. it is affordable though and has free parking. also it's wheelchair accessible which is not that common.
