Great value for money”
The place is clean and situated near to Pattaya beach. Walking street is 10 minutes walking distance. I got sea view room so it was quite a good view from my room.

Location is good. Opposite beach and lots of eating places. The water heater is not hot and water pressure is weak. The in-house safe is not working.

Great location with nice service”
This was my second stay at the Red Balcony Hotel in Pattaya. The location and price cannot be beat, for those who prefer staying close to the beach on beach road. The staff is friendly and it's great to do business with them. Pros: -Location! Close to beach, Walking Street, and other shopping/dining venues within walking distance. Baht bus offers cheap and convenient rides around city. -Free wi-fi -Sea view suites offer decent size and nice view of ocean. -Laundry is competitively priced and cheaper than many other hotels. -Relatively quiet for being at such a busy area of Pattaya (one night did have a rather loud vehicle with a boom box rattling the room, but only that one night). -In room safe. Never had any issues with personal property. In fact, one day when I turned in my laundry to be done at the front desk, the cleaning lady took some money bills that were in the pocket of my jeans and returned them to me. Cons: -No restaurant but not really important as plenty of dining options all around the hotel. -Rooms are nice but not particularly extravagant or fancy, in keeping with its cheaper price, but not an issue with me. -Some of the tailors around that area can be very aggressive. Had to repeatedly brush them off until they got the message I was not interested.

True Walking Street Access”
many hotels claim they are within walking distance of "walking street," but red balcony is truly only 3 minutes from the entertainment action. located on beach road with a balcony on 2nd floor, check out the ocean view during the day and take a break from the action in the evening but still be near enough to go back for more. rooms are spacious with flat panel tv's, dvd's if you want to relax in room plus small refrigerator (but no mini-bar).

Walk to Walking Street”
Many hotels claim they are within walking distance of "Walking Street," but what they mean is a 20 minute hike in humid weather. Red Balcony Hotel is actually 4 minutes from the front door to Walking Street. Also, the 2nd floor balcony is great for relaxing with an unobstructed ocean view and people watching at night time. Hotel is also guest-friendly.

Nice at home feel”
really had fun this trip. only chose to do 4 days from my normal 16 day trips and booked this hotel due to it's proximity. i must say that it is very, very close to walking street. the rooms were comfortbale and very clean. bed was very comfortable compared to most i have slept in in pattaya. had to pay a joiner fee for guests, which wasn't a problem at all for me. once again, if you like to be close to walking street and other night life and still just a baht bus away from the rest of pattaya this is an excellent place to stay.

Very Impressed with the staff of Red Balcony”
My stay was wonderful at the Red Balcony Inn and Hotel. The stay could not have been in better. We just didn't have enough time in the day. Next time, I will book with the Red Balcony for 7 to 8 days instead of the 3 that we booked this time.

Lovely boutique hotel with convenient location”
The hotel is conveniently located near the Pattaya Bay and nightlife, with walking access to the walking street, shopping malls, and street vendors. Love little hotel nothing too fancy, but clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable. The only con is the lack of parking space.

Extended our stay at Red Balcony Hotel by 2 nights .Had considered moving when original 3 night booking expired , but for price and location hard to beat . Good no frills hotel, with daily cleaning and only 5 mins walk to Walking Street and very near to many restaurants .Wifi good ,staff friendly and helpful. If you are solo traveller they have a joiner fee for any extra overnight guests .

pros as per stated. Stayed for 3days 2nights. Cons: * doesn't like the window curtain, the window is placed behind the bed, curtain and window has a gap. Woke up by the brightness on morning for continuously 2days during my stay. * Dark room with lack of lamps. Pros: (additional) * Worth for money. * good location, less than 5mins walk to "Walking Street" Pattaya. * Great night life (Walking Street). * Friendly staff. * Opposite of beach, easily access to beach.
