                  Their was cockroaches everywhere, the tv waa so fuzzy you couldn't watch it, the fridge didn't work, the pool was out of service, and they offer no extra towels or pillows. They said one per person only. I needed another towel. I'm getting my money back

                  The room was dirty. There was one towel and one roll of toilet paper. No phone in the room.”

                  When I called the office from my personal cell for another towel I had to follow the office staff to another room to get one and both towels were stained with black stuff and according to the staff it was hair dye. Our room was non smoking and there were burns on the sheets. Mold on the bathroom door and an old cigarette butt behind the bathroom. When I asked when they would be by to clean the room they said not until we check out. They didn't have an ice bucket but they offer ice. They don't offer wash clothes and I had to go to the office to get another roll of toilet paper. The room smelled like mildew. Needless to say we were scheduled to stay 3 nights and only stayed 2. We will not be returning. It was supposed to be an early Valentine getaway and it was a disaster. Oh and let's not forget that maintenance attempted to enter our room without knocking or announcing himself which I know is customary before entering any room. Office staff said he was trying to enter the wrong room
