Courteous staff. Recommended Hotel”
We arrived early than the usually check-in time but we're happy that they accommodate us immediately. The room is spacious and with balcony so no problem in drying our wet clothes.

Bad Experience”
We have alot of disappointing experience with our short stay in Red Coco Inn. 1) The room we got from Agoda was a superdeluxe room plus 1 extra bed. When we got there they did not add an extra bed, stating that the room is good for 3 people already 2) It was raining when we got there. There were two umbrellas in the room. We requested for additional one more, but they cant give us since the allocation is just 2 umbrellas per room. Isnt that stupid? We paid for 3 people, I think the service should extend to 3 people, right? 3) Breakfast was awful. We have to scout for other places to have our decent breakfast. Jollibee breakfast is far better than their breakfast. 4) This is the MAJOR Issue we have. When we arrived there were 3 beach towels. On day 1, since it was raining, we didnt use the towels. One of my companion used the towel for showering and hang the beach towel inside the toilet. The following day, after clean up, we noticed that there were only two beach towels left. They did not replace the one in the toilet. We assumed they made a mistake of thinking there were only two people in the room. We did not bother asking for extra towel since one of my companion preferred to use her own towel. Upon check out, we were asked to pay for the lost towel. We argued with the receptionist that we thought they made a mistake. but she argued back that they replace towels based on the towels that they see. and they are charging us 1,600 for the lost towel. At that point, it is their word vs our word. We didnt like the experience at all. Honestly, we did not get the towels, nor did we misplace it. For all we know, it was an honest mistake on the cleaning staff. But we had to shoulder the missing towel. THIS IS REALLY A BAD EXPERIENCE FOR US. GOOD THING WE WERE THERE FOR WORK. FOR ANYONE WHO PLANS TO HAVE A GOOD VACATION, BETTER STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY CAN RUIN YOUR BORACAY VACATION.

Awesome! Good service in the hotel staff, nice locations, closer to the D Mall.”
I love to go back again to Boracay soon. Best time to go is before the holy week we arrived 4/6/2017- 4/9/2017. Definitely Red Coco Inn will be my place to stay in with my family. I love the Premier Rooms where we stay so comfortable the bed , pillows. And linens are clean. Breakfast was great my family enjoyed it. I will recommend Red Coco Inn to my family, friends, and more. So they can feel the warmth and being hospitable for their guests. Thank you and see you once again....

one street away from the beach”
location not bad. walking distance to dmall (main shopping area), near laundry & fast food restaurants. easy access to get transport (bikes/ "tuk tuk"). dont get confused with red coconut (th one in front of th beach). red coco's th sister of red coconut. you can still chillout at red coconut. but still, red coco's not bad afterall.

Thumbs Up to Red Coco Inn”
This was a pleasant place to stay. The highlights were: 1. central location, only 5min walk to beach or you can stay by the pool. You can also use the facilities of its parent Resort Red Cocunut Resort which occupies a premier spot on White Beach. 2. Staff were very helpful. 3. Attention to detail in rooms were very impressive. For example the bathroom was small but fantastic. TV, washing line, hair dryer, powerful showers, umbrellas, slippers, hot water jug and fridge stocked full of all the things that you would go to the local shop to get. They had a beach towel, and a fantastic idea which I aven't seen in the 5 hotels that I stayed on in the island were the emergency lights in each room. The island is prone to power outages and these guys have thought of this. Large Tv....I can goon. Its the sort of luxury that you would expect from a top rated hotel on the island but for a fraction of the cost. A definite YES to any discerning traveller in Boracay

Off the beach but a great hotel!”
It's about 5 min off the beach, but a nice walk and on the main road. The airconditioning was great and it seemed like the room was brand new! I have no complaints at all!

Very noisy room”
The and hotel were reasonable and the pool was nice, but the big downside was that I could hear the noises from the road in my room. Also the wifi connection didn't work in my room.
