Red Coconut Hotel stands as a distinguished, beachfront landmark in the Central Boracay area. The property is regarded as an excellent venue for memorable vacation holidays. The hotel offers comfortable and gracious hospitality to each and every guest. Fronting the hotel is the refreshing beachfront swimming pool that complements the landscape of the island as a whole. This hotel is centrally located along the main beach of the world-renowned Boracay Island in the province of Aklan. There is more than just water sports, though. Guests can go horseback riding, mountain biking, and golfing. The hotel bar and Coco Cafe are the perfect places to relax after a long day of seeing the sights and enjoying the city. All things considered, Red Coconut Hotel is excellently located, well appointed, and reasonably priced.

The Centerpiece”
on my first experience to boracay last may 2011, i was requested to do a favor by my officemate, to bring samples (belo sun expert) to the red coconut hotel. to the sound of it, i find the resort hotel to be something interesting, so i made my way to look for it. from our place somewhere in the edge of boat station 2 and 3, i walked to look for it. i did not expect it to be that far, but i just took it as a time to explore the island. to my surprise, wow, the red coconut hotel caught my heart, how it was designed, everything. i told myself on my next boracay trip, it would it the red coconut resort hotel the place to book in. a few months after, i was invited by my friend to go back to boracay, which was slated on august 2011, 5-7 to be exact. he booked the airfare travel and i booked the hotel. without any knowledge of the hotel, i did not have any hesitations to book for the red coconut hotel, superior room. i saw the pictures on the net but who knows, sometimes its the camera effects that makes it really inviting. but when we got to our room, i was in awe to my surprise that the room was big enough for like 6 people instead of 2! it was clean, organized and very inviting! i really had the best vacation experience yet. the real feel of relaxation. the personnel were very accommodating up until like 430 am. location wise, very accessible to various restaurants, bar, coffeeshop, shopping stores.etc. everyone should experience the red coconut resort hotel treat :)
Enjoyed our stay here”
Despite the wide choice of various hotels all over the Boracay Island, we were pretty happy to choose Red Coconut. Thanks to its perfect location in the mid-part of the beach, we had access to everything we needed for our leisure: water activities, cafes, shops, etc. Our room was quite spacious and clean, with the room service being at a high level. All the hotel staff are very friendly and eager to help. The cuisine in the hotel restaurant is good, but there is a wide array of cafes and restaurants nearby catering to every taste. The hotel offers a great number of both water and land activities, with reasonable prices, though not always, but vendors soliciting right on the beach do not always offer a better bargain. Red Coconut is may be not the best option for a family with kids, as it is quite noisy in the evening, with young hotel guests spending their time in the hotel bar until late. But this could be true for any hotel in this area, as Boracay is known not only for its white beaches and crystal clear water, but also for its great night time. All in all, I would definitely recommend Red Coconut to my friends.
Great hotel in a fantastic location”
we had two premium rooms no. 406 and no. 407. each room had one double bed and one single bed so each room would sleep 3 adults. there were six older adults total between the two rooms. four of us live in the los angeles, usa region and two of us live in the manila, philippines region. everything about our stay was wonderful. the hotel has done a good job keeping the rooms updated and nicely furnished. our particular rooms had a very nice ocean view from our balconies. the breakfast that was included in the room rate turned out to be very good. they had an omelet station that cooked eggs to order. the other breakfast items were set up as a buffet and had enough stuff to satisfy all of our tastes. we sat outside under the awning both mornings and the servers always made sure we had all the coffee and juices that we wanted. it was very pleasant and relaxing. one of us shopped around to find an island hopping boat tour. he found that the hotels activity person was the way to go and that there was no reason to deal with anyone outside the hotel to book any activities. we flew into caticlan. initially we were thinking we would find our own way from the caticlan airport to the red coconut. there are people at the airport who for a fee are willing to show you the way from the airport to where ever you are staying in boracay. tessie approached me and offered me a good price for the six of us. the price per person you pay will depend on how many people are in your group. using tessie’s services turned out to be a wise decision. with her connections we had no dead time at all. she immediately got us transportation for each leg of the trip from and to the airport which saved us a lot of potential hassles. her services are well worth her fee. the beach and over all feel in boracay is fantastic. in some ways the ambiance of the place kind of reminded me of miami’s south beach along ocean drive/lummus park but in a less pretentious way. over all we were all extremely pleased.
Comfortable hotel”
this hotel is located on boat station 2 which is excellent since it is walking distance to all the other hotels and restaurants and d'mall which has shops and many restaurants. the staff at this hotel are very nice from the front desk staff to the folks that handle the transfers from the airport to the hotel. the boat ride from the pier to boracay island was efficient and fast as the hotel staff are quick and don't make you wait. it was great. the rooms are clean and comfortable. i booked an island hopping tour through the travel desk on the beach and had a good tour at a decent price. many vendors along the beach offer tours, but i would not trust them. this hotel is one of the better ones in boracay in my opinion. yes there are cheaper hotels, but you get what you pay for and the red coconut has good value.
Lovely hotel and service with a smile”
My partner and I had to move mid-vacation to the red coconut hotel owing to lack of availability at our previous place. When we booked via agoda, we asked to get a room which had a sea view. Alas, our prayers were answered and this is exactly what we got. From the outside o the hotel, my partner and I didn't think this hotel was going to be as good as it was. The old cliche of "looks can be deceiving" was especially true in this case. Upon checkin we were greeted by some of the friendliest staff known to man... They were very pleased to help and more so, actually knew what they were doing. We had our bags brought up to our room which was number 203 (from memory. The room was up a single flight of stairs and to the right as you walked in main reception. When entering the room we had a single and a double bed. Out on the veranda we had a nice view o the red coconut bar / restaurant and beyond that, the sea. Our bathroom was fairly modern and overall the decor, whilst not modern looking, was very welcoming and in-tone with its surroundings. There are two parts to the red coconut hotel. The Seaview rooms and the garden rooms. A friend of our was staying in the garden rooms and whilst not as modern or as welcoming (in my own opinion) as our sea view rooms, they were very spacious and the air con was VERY effective. The rooms were clean however (like everything in the red coconut establishment) and it was more peaceful owing to the rooms being further back from the main strip. Our Seaview room however, was near the red coconut bar and main strip which meant that some nights if were weren't out and about, we could hear a lot of music / talking from our room. That said however, it wasn't much and we didn't mind it at all. We ordered room service from here on several occasions and I can say that the medium pizzas they do here are fantastic. They're BIG and very good value for money. Overall, I would definitely stay here should I go back!
One of the best hotels in Boracay!”
My husband and I love Red Coconut Hotel and we’re sure we’re going to stay here again when we go back to Boracay next year! We love the location of the hotel it’s in Station 2 and beach front. You can easily access the beach if you want to. If you don’t feel like beach swimming, they have pool inside the hotel. Aside from the fact that this hotel is beachfront, it’s also near D’Mall, where you can find variety of restaurants in the island. We love how the room we stayed was designed because it’s so cozy and comfortable. They also make sure they replenish complimentary water everyday. We really appreciate it! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and made sure that they attend to our needs and requests. We’ll definitely be back next year!
Perfect choice for the Boracay Rookie”
Red Coconut Beach Hotel is the best choice for someone looking to explore what Boracay has to offer for the first time. Its location is unbeatable: direct access to the beach; close to D'Mall (the main shopping/dining cluster) but still far enough from it to have some semblance of quiet. Spacious, clean & well-appointed rooms + warm, friendly staff with ready smiles make you feel right at home immediately. Since I booked with Agoda, check-in was a breeze; after a couple of minutes filling out the requisite forms, I was already handed the key to our room, as well as vouchers for our welcome drinks that we claimed at the hotel's famous Coco Bar. Our room's mini-bar was well-stocked, and what I particularly liked about our room is that it was on the third floor, with a veranda that had a view of the pool below and of the pristine beach beyond. Free wi-fi in the lobby & in the hotel restaurant only, though. It was ok for me since I only needed wi-fi to quickly check my emails and my facebook account on my phone. The hotel's al fresco restaurant has a pretty good array of choices, although you may also want to try what other restaurants in the area have to offer, especially those in nearby D'Mall. What really made my stay here memorable is the service; hotel staff were simply too glad to assist you with your every request, even anticipating those which may have slipped your mind. Now that's what I call first-class service. I am definitely booking my next Boracay stay at Red Coconut Beach Hotel!
Perfect holiday in a nice hotel”
Red Coconut is a nice hotel totally accessible to anywhere from Station 1-3. Its perfect location made us enjoy Boracay as we were greeted by a very beautiful view as soon as we stepped out of the hotel. Bfast was not part of the package but it was ok coz at least we had some other choices. We tried it once though and it was yummy to start the day with. They have beach beds where you can relax while having their refreshing shakes. The place also seemed to have some staff everywhere so we didn't have a hard time asking for help when needed. The room was nice. It had its own living area which was cool. At night, the A/C and the fridge sounded like they were having a duet though. I'm quite sensitive with noise and I remember very well when the fridge suddenly made that usual noise. I think the noise was too much for a hotel room. The shower was really nice. The room was kept very clean and even the linens. The attendant kept on forgetting our comp bottles of water everyday but that was resolved by the GS right away. To anyone who is up for a perfect holiday in Boracay, I would recommend Red Coconut for its wonderful amenities and service!
Boracay adventure at Red Coconut!”
The Red Coconut was a great stay! Located right on the beach at Station 2 (closer to the Station 1 side). They have a fun bar and a small cafe attached to the facility on the beach side. You can lay out at the beach right outside the hotel, and it's guarded by staff to keep the solicitors away. About the room: we stayed in a "classic room" which is the lowest priced because it has no view and is located in the back. But this was a GOOD thing! There really is no beach view, since it's not a high rise hotel and the view is covered by palms. Plus, the classic rooms are located in the back AWAY from the front with the pool and bar. Therefore, at night there is NO noise from the bar. So, if you pay for the more expensive balcony rooms, you will face the noise. By the way, don't come to Boracay if you want to sleep before midnight! But, if you have a family or must sleep early, then request the classic rooms located in the back AWAY from the bar. The loud music goes until 1am. The breakfast was great. Omelete and fresh waffles station plus hot food, fruit, desserts, juice, etc. Unless you are extremely picky, it's fine. Get there early as there are not many tables. Staff was always friendly and helpful. I would stay here again definitely.
Unexpected!”
Everyone's aware that we are in this pandemic, but we still took a risk and booked a room in Boracay. A lot of options, yes. My husband wants to be near d'mall and Red Coconut was the best spot for me. I checked reviews and photos -- what you see is what you get. When we arrived after a 7-hour drive, we were told that all of our rooms (3) were upgraded to deluxe for FREE! How amazing is that? A clean vicinity, beachfront hotel -- easy access to the amazing beach, accommodating staffs (needed a hot compress at 4 am and it was given asap!), delicious breakfast. We got more than what we've expected for a very cheap price. Surely, will recommend Red Coconut!
Thank you for the wonderful review Ms.Angelica. We appreciate you taking time out to share your experience with us. We hope to see you again in the future!
Great location and nice service”
Red Coconut Hotel was just a perfect place for our short stay in Boracay. Staying with this hotel contributed to our great experience of the White Beach. Red Coconut is located just maybe 100 meters from the beach so we could enjoy the view of it from our Deluxe room. Room were spacious and provided with everything we needed up to safety boxes which make your staying in a foreign country for the first time even safer and more relaxing. We were absolutely satisfied with the menu of the restaurant and bar in our hotel so when we did not wanna waste time of looking for a place to eat we always had our hotel next to us. Another good thing is that the hotel offers a great variety of activities and we were sure that they would be good and safe. And, of course, the staff was very polite, friendly and smiling!
Exceptional”
Checked in at Red Coconut Resort from Jan. 22-25, 2018 to celebrate my kids' birthday party at Boracay and it was one of the smoothest vacation so far. Transfer: Catered by Southwest Tours. A Red Coconut staff will meet you at the airport and will assist you to the resort and vice versa. No need to wait in queue with the other tourists, the friendly staff will make sure that your transfer will be comfortable. Rooms: Our room is located the ground floor, pool side. It's spacious and clean, and has an adequate balcony that has a partial view of the beach. A/C is strong and quiet. The comfort room has a strong shower and a working hot and cold water. Towels and toiletries are also provided. WiFi connection is adequate, and reach up to the beach front. Service: The staffs are very commendable, from the airport up to the hotel. Once you arrive at the hotel, they will give you cold towel to freshen up while you check in at the reception. You'll also receive welcome drinks coupon for each
Best Location and a very nice Hotel”
Red Coconut Hotel was just a perfect place for our multiple stay in Boracay. Red Coconut is located just 10 meters from the beach so we could enjoy the view of it from our Deluxe room. The Room is spacious and the decoration is standard. TV, Mini Bar, room safe box, TV, Satellite seems to be the standart. The hotel has free wifi at hotspots (bar, coffeshop) but has payable wify for the rooms. If you are lucky you get the free wify reaching into your room. We were absolutely satisfied with the menu of the restaurant and bar in our hotel so when we did not wanna waste time of looking for a place to eat we always had our hotel next to us. Built your own Creep was my breakfast choice..... The Hotel has its own swimming pool. Small but located directly beside the bar and close to the beach it is fine for a quick cool down. You can book with the hotel your beach activities such as Helmet diving, diving, snorkeling, boating, jetsky etc. However, you can book such activities also with the street vendors or in designated shops. All in all, price, location, cleanliness, rooms is all fine. Red Coconut is my first choice on Boracay.
Great Hotel in Paradise”
We chose this hotel primarily for its location and accessibility but to our surprise, it really went beyond our expectations. For a standard room which is not sea-view, it offers a lot more value for money - spacious and clean room, clean pool, good food (especially their brick-oven pizza) and friendly staff. Towels are free and available for you to bring during your island hopping trip or simply just swimming at the beach. The hotel has also good maintenance and we have proven this when they were able to change our room door knob (since it was kinda loose) without us telling them to do so. Maybe they noticed it during their daily room service. When we got back to our room in the afternoon we just noticed the difference when we tried to open the door and coincidentally the hotel manager/owner passed by the floor and told us that they had changed it. Lastly, checking-in and checking-out was just fast and easy. Highly recommended! This was one of the reasons why our Boracay stay had become memorable and enjoyable. Good job, Red Coconut management!
September at the Red Coconut”
The Red Coconut Hotel is one of the best hotels on the 'White Beach' strip on Boracay Island. It is very well positioned in the center. One is able to walk in both directions to access all amenities. Within walking distance to the D'Mall for shopping. The swimming pool is a nice refreshing feature. The restaurant/bar is efficiently run; the food is excellent, and the waitrons are friendly and accomodating. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and wouldn't choose another hotel on the island. Very Happy Camper!
BEST Hotel ever”
Me and my hubby had a GREAT time during our 1 week stay at Red coconut Hotel. Location is so perfect. Just few meters away from the beach so we could enjoy its beauty from our Deluxe room. Room is so spacious and clean with a nice balcony. Breakfast buffet has a lot of options to choose from every day. Staff was so friendly, helpful, accommodating and polite. We would like to commend Eduardo Balili and his wife, Leomar and Jay-r Camacho for making sure that we had a great breakfast experience and being always attentive with our needs throughout our stay. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Best Hotel with GREAT value, GREAT Food, GREAT Location, GREAT Room and Excellent Staff/service. All the things you need is in this hotel. We will definitely come back here as our hearts left in paradise of Boracay.
indulge yourself in a heart of boracay”
We stayed at red coconut from may 17th to 25th and we had a really good time there. The hotel perfectly matches what we were looking for. central location in station 2, close to D mall, nice and peacefull small garden restaurant and swimming pool area. the beach is great too. room (deluxe seaview) was nice and big, well equipped with all that you may need (safe box, all amenities, powerfull aircond, and on the contrary of what is mentionned in some review , no mosquito!!!). swimming pool is nice althought the water is too... hot but, hey my friend, you have the wonderfull beach and ocean to cool down. One of the most imposrtant asset of red coconut on top of what is mentionned above is the staff. from the room cleaners to front office to the bar and restaurant staff to the beach staff up to the general manager, all are focus to make your stay a relaxing time. Special greeting to edwards at the bar. Price we got throught Agoda was really good deal. One day, for whatever reason cleaner forgot to come to our room. But front office staff manage to solve it immediatly. next time we will go to boracay, we will stay at red coconut.
Fantastic Location at the waterfront”
Pros: Location was fantastic! Right on the station 2 beach. Hot water in shower, comfortable bed, clean room. Breakfast was great with lots of selection. Staff was helpful. Cons: Rooms facing the pool area will likely hear a lot of noise from evening live music performances, but this is to be expected--it's Boracay. Music ended around 11pm, room was quiet until pool opened at 7am. Hotel was a little tricky to find, it's directly behind the "wind wall" of the Red Coconut Restaurant, which I didn't realize when I looked at online maps. Just go to the beach, access can be had via a small opening in the windows/windwall and walk back to the reception to check in. Check in is at 3pm. Early check-in not possible, despite being low season. 9.5/10, would stay here again.
Good and comfortable Stay at Red coconut Hotel”
Excellent hotel location on the white sand beach and at the centre of station 2 Boracay. Two min walk to D’ Mall and restaurants. Near to almost all the pubs & bars. The hotel staff is very friendly. We stayed in the deluxe room, room is big and spacious. The food is delicious and reasonable price. Red coconut is famous for Coco Bar and dinner. Sometimes WiFi speed was bit slow to connect. But overall it is value for money. I would like to recommend to my friends.
Good place”
One of the first hotels in Boracay, Red Coconut is right in the middle of all the happenings in Boracay. great location, about 3 minutes walk to D'Mall. They have beach beds in front with guards and attendants to look after your things while you are swimming. They offer 10% discount to all checked-in guest, if you decide to eat at their restaurant or if you wanna drink at their bar. The room was pretty ok, could get a better room tho for less than Red Coconut's price, the only thing that justifies the price is the location. The room has an old smell, that disappears about 30 minutes after you turn the airconditioning off. Also, I hope they could improve their internet, it's almost non-existent.
