Despite my informing staff upon arrival that I was visually impaired, I was given a room as far away from the front desk as possible and offered zero assistance. As if that wasn't enough, the bearest elevators were out of service and there were no signs directing me to the available ekevator which were at the opposite end of the building.

Their public facility wasnt able (gym, pool, community office) Due to COVID. Staff were really nice. Unfortunately they dont have a airport shuttle bus at this hotel s prepare yourself to take a rideshare. Kinda weird for them to have open complementary break during a pandemic but they didnt enforced mask upon serving yourself which was good to know. The location from downtown Atlanta is a little far from everything else if youre looking a place to sightsee . other than those things i give 3 of 5 stars.

Hotel not at airport. No airport shuttle to hotel. Extremely difficult to call hotel. Call kept getting redirected. Only 6 TV local stations. Leak in bathroom ceiling. Double $75 charge on my credit card.

The staff is super nice, but the hotel is dirty. We have hair on the floor, the elevators have spills all over even the walls. We also had people yelling down the hall at 3 am.

I was surprise to be charged for parking, when it was very tight and wasn't big enough to hold all guest. It wasn't a secure parking lot. I thought it would be fenced and gated if I was being charged. It did have a gate but could easily be accessed in the back. The worst was my room had a random hole above the toilet in the ceiling, which made me check immediately for a camera placement and when I did black junk and rusty junk fell all over from it. I would have called down and asked to change rooms but had already been told they were out of rooms and it was very late when I checked in. Continental breakfast was not very good and options small. It was out of a bunch of stuff when I was at it an hour and a half before over. The shuttle was convenient to the airport.

Guess for just 1 night it’s ok. Location is fine, hardly 10 mins from/to airport. Checked in late at 10 pm and left at 6 am to catch a 9 am flight. Basic room with 2 double beds. Restaurants at walking distance. Because of Covid restrictions their shuttel bus is not operating. Woman at reception called for a taxi for the next morning, that was nice. Taxi showed up 10 mins early👍 All other well known chain hotels in the area were offering shuttle service, so I thought it was just simply cuttng costs. For a few $$ more, you’ll get better quality hotels in the vicinity.

Booked room for 2 nights and only stayed 30 minutes. The room was not up to standard and when I voiced concerns to staff they were more than understanding. Didn’t get a refund and had to book another hotel across town. Overall the staff is absolutely amazing just need to take a little more time when cleaning

Room was not completely clean, thus increasing my concern about it also being contaminated. There wasn't even any toilet paper. The thin walls made for a completely sleepless night. Also, breakfast is A GODDAMN LIE!

I do not have enough have enough space to describe the horrors of this hotel. Oh boy where to begin. First of I reserved a king sized bed room and upon arrival which I was told that they gave it away because I arrived late and was told at 3 pm it is a free for all and if you didn't make it then oh well. They managed to have a 2 bed room available ( the hotel was almost completely full due to it being biker season) and I took it for fear of other hotels in the area to be full. The hotel have long corridors that runs the length of the building and 6 floors. There is only 2 elevators and one for customers to use and one for some invisible workers and the one that was for customers smelled like the subway in New York. The hall has an odd nauseating smell with random bleach and unknown stains. The room seemed nice but taking a closer look showed that there was period blood under the toilet seat, the shower was so dirty and moody that I refused to use it. Leaving was the best part of it.

We stayed from January 1 to January 2, 2020 and it was the worst decision we made! the non-smoking room smelled heavily of cigarettes, the broken shower, the broken sink, and the sheets smelled of sweat. As it was already night we decided to stay to sleep and at 1:00 the next room had the music very very very loud to which we woke up by the buya we called reception but there was no change the music continued to be very loud the laughter the screams so At 2:30 we were forced to go down to reception and tell them our complaints, they sent security and turn down the music but the laughter and screaming continued all night. We couldn't sleep well at all! never again in that hotel!

Customer service was really bad and rooms were not cleaned.”
I would definitely not recommend this hotel, why because there was only one receptionist attending customers and I had to wait around 20 minutes to finally get my room keys. Also, the room they gave me the floors looked uncleanness and for the 3 days that I stayed there my room was never cleaned. The breakfast was kind of ok, and lastly this hotel is charging for services that was never opened to the guests such as the gym and the pool. If you want a good place to stay please be sure you choose the right place.

We arrived early and were told if we wanted to check in early it would be a 30 dollar per person check in fee. The hotel is old and needs repair. The bathroom tub faucet was coming off from the wall. The staff was just okay, not to friendly and not really helpful. I’m the middle of the night a couple got in a fight in the next room and security was called. Needless to say we got no rest! I would not recommend this place!
