They were remodeling when we went but it was still very clean. Very friendly staff, and the room was very tidy.

It's just okay”
We decided it was worth the cost because it was better than sleeping in the airport. The shuttle (at least right now) isn't painted so it's hard to find at the airport, the breakfast is only so-so, one of our towels had a hair in it, and the whole hotel needs remodeled. Several things are broken or disheveled looking. Overall, it's better than the airport but if you have other options, choose them.

Our non-smoking room smelled heavily of smoke. Trash all over the parking lot. Back door into the hotel didn't lock. People at the front desk were nice.

Frustrating experience”
Booked a one-night stay to be close to the airport and stay somewhere that had an airport shuttle. Checked in around 930p. The front employee was very polite but seemed exhausted. We booked through a third-party site, and he could not find a reservation. He claims that he found our registration, but it appears he took our credit card and just booked a new one stay and ran it, so we were charged twice. We did not discover this till a week later. There was a sign saying to sign up for a shuttle. Provide a room # and departure time. The clipboard did not have a sign-up page for the following day. The front desk said, do not worry about it; the shuttle will be here tomorrow am. When we went to get on the shuttle that morning, the shuttle driver was very frustrated because we had not signed up and weren't aware we were coming.

I understand that the whole world is caught up in this stupid virus hoax and there are certain inconveniences to be expected, but this hotel was horribly thoughtless. No coffee in rooms. Okay. My fault for not checking I suppose, but even cruddy little independent motels have in room coffee as standard, let alone a Red Lion Inn & Suites. I suppose I'm lucky they had a bed for us. Pool and hot tub closed. Fine. Stupid virus. They also did away with breakfast without mentioning it at the time I booked. Fine. Stupid virus. A coffee bar was available by the front desk on Sat. morning, but they tore it out out Sat. night. I asked what I was supposed to do about coffee for my 5 am departure. I was told to come to the front desk and tell them and they would go in the back and make me a cup of coffee. But the guy at the front desk looked at me like I was crazy. When I told him I had been told the front desk person would make me some coffee, he said, and I quote, "They lied."

sketchy area. Hookers at work. Good luck getting your room in time. Had to wait 3 hours with now place to go. Over priced. Originally would have cost 4000 but 30 days cost us 2200. Everything was closed due to covid. Wasn't cheaper because of a reduce in amenities.

Bad choice ”
The rooms smelled bad I requested nonsmoking room and from the hallway into the room. The linen was uncleanliness and holes burnt in bed comforters. When asked could they change room they said all the rooms where the same. I requested for a refund the would not honor it even with my health condition and kids .

Dirty hotel”
Elevator was disgustingly dirty and smelled. Hallway carpets were dirty and when walked on they were uneven (padding worn out). Room was supposedly remodeled. Bathroom door was tough to open and close due to new flooring (door scraped on floor). Curtain was ripped from age.

I didn’t stay ”
I checked in at about 8pm and the place smelt horrible like something smoking in the whole building. There was men outside yelling and drinking and it was very unsettling me and my children didn’t stay more then 10 min and I didn’t even ask for a refund because I just wanted out of there. There was garbage and cigarette buts all over the floors on the way to the room. The picture do not show at all how gross this place really is. Being alone with my 3 kids I felt extremely uncomfortable sleeping and staying there.

Even for a layover, this hotel does not meet any the rating that its published. The smell, the room that have so many deficiencies, from the breakfast that is offering is bad. We chose this hotel because it was pwt friendly but we could have gone with so many other options. The toilet did not flush, the shower did not worked, the smell was awful and the breakfast was not near a Continental as you can fins in other hotels.

The wifi didn't work, there was no coffee in the morning, & when getting ready in the morning I found a dirty sock someone had left, showing that the room had not been cleaned - which is especially troubling in a pandemic! Do not waste your money here!
