We were greeted by polite and friendly staff at the reception, even the guard at the entrance was very courteous and helpful. Room was clean with good lighting and ventilation. Bed was comfy and linens were also very clean. Hot and cold shower was available. Comfort room was very neat and with adequate toiletries for 2 pax. Check out was fast and without any fuss. We will definitely rebook.

Treatment of wife”
Instruct guards to be more courteous to the wife. While entering the bottom floor to the elevator twice my wife was instructed to show her ID while walking with me and asked in a rude voice "are you with him?" This is not necessary and borders on being insulting and disrespectful to my wife.

A good place to sleep. Basic clean room with bathroom. Beds are comfy and has parking with a friendly security guard. No amenities, no breakfast but theres restaurants nearby and 7-11 is just a few minutes walk. Overall, a good business traveler hotel.

You get what you want with Red Planet. Would stay again anytime. However a couple of tips : take a power outlet adaptor and preferably a short extension lead as there are only 2 outlets in the bedroom, both in inconvenient places for general non specific use, none in the CR. Window aircon is noisy and can be obtrusive when trying to sleep although the overhead fan is super efficient and provides cool air. Staff excellent, helpful and efficient.
