High Quality Hotel For the Price”
This quarantine Hotel is a fine, high quality hotel and a great deal for the price. The rooms are just as they are in the pictures. Their rooms are of higher quality than many of the motels in Canada. The beds are firm. The rooms have a fridge and tea kettle. They have elevator access. The air conditioning works great. The TVs have a good selection of channels. The showers are nice and hot. The internet is good but it has to be set up by staff on the 4th floor. There is no milk available so you need to bring your own creamer for coffee. There is no phone in the room so you will need to use your own phone or email the front desk. But don't worry, they respond quickly. These are just minor things that can easily be worked around. The staff is excellent and very professional. They even have a maintenance person available 24 hours. The hotel can even arrange for a van for you to reach your destination after your quarantine stay. The transportation price is reasonable. The only thing that they could improve on is the quality of their food. Unfortunately foodpanda was not available during our lockdown. I definitely give them a big thumbs up.

Small rooms but excelle hotel”
Hotel is in immaculate condition. Very clean and chic and modern. Love their concept and design. Very young and modern. Staff is excellent, the administration has done a good job on customer service. Only downside is the rooms are tiny and no complimentary water is provided. But the hotel, staff, location are excellent. Very close to China Town and divesoria malls. Will highly recommend to others and come back again.

Convenient and clean”
4th time and 4th branch to stay.. same to other branches they maintain cleanliness n neat rooms. We arrived d next day and its so nice of the lobby personnel to offer us to check out late and upgrade our room to premium.. Easy access to the neighborhood. Comfy bed and clean bathroom. Water pressure is abundant. And has free shampoo,body wash and conditioner. Cheap price but verygood service!

Overall Stay was Great”
The room was clean, water heater is one of the things I consider when I book hotels, it was functioning well.. Was just disappointed with the difficulty to reach frontdesk coz rooms ddnt have phones, you can only reach them online. Also, there was no complimentary water. Shampoo and soap were all in one..no toothpaste or disposable toothbrush(you have to buy them) but still overall stay was great.

The stay was comfortable. Just personal preference, the food served was not to my liking so, I ordered from the restaurant they had contracted to their facility. Price is exorbitant. Even more expensive than the USA. Request for no sodium glutamate and have them salt it lightly. Otherwise, you will feel bad the following day. All in all, stay was quiet and comfortable.

Amazing hotel at Manila”
I was in Manila 2 times, first time stay at one 4stars hotel and second time at Red Planet Manila Binondo. This time I like more, than 4 stars hotel. Hospitality personal and security. Fast check inn and check out. good internet connection. Lobby with couple IMac and place for seat. Very creative place. I was in 58 country's in many hotels and this hotel I like so much. If I will come again at Manila, I will stay again. Recommend.

Great stay as always but disturbed with hallway noise”
Always happy to stay here but my last stay, i was awakened by some noise from the hallway, a hotel staff was playing music from his phone while cleaning. Also I previously requested for an end corner room to avoid those noise

New clean and value hotel in binondo ”
New clean and value hotel in binondo. Best value for money if needed to be in the area. Traffic wise its hard to find taxi nor grab cars if needed to be elsewhere. Otherwise its a good stay if needed to be in binondo.

Excellent hotel, no elevator, but they carried our luggage to our room. ”
They have 3 floors, no elevator is their only downside. All rooms have full kitchen and a washing machine which is great to keep traveling clothes fresh. Price is very reasonable and less than 5 minutes walk from Tofukuji Jr-metro stop. Refrigerator and freezer was great keeping ice cream frozen and drinks cold.

The Hotel is highly recommended. I went there to celebrate Chinese New Year and they have a program wherein theres a dragon dance on each floor. It was really amazing. I was greeted by a Dragon Head in my hotel door. Room was really very clean and bed was so comfortable that I overslept and almost overlooked my check out time. Gladly the front desk understood and granted me a late check out. Hotel staff are very friendly and ready to answer all our queries regarding binondo. besides having an affordable rate, having a discount when I uploaded the app is really a plus. They also have discounts on some restaurants around the area.

Very modern, value for money, please mentain the cleanliness for the next uears in business. It is new so all facilities are fresh and new also. Thumbs up to the staff but elevators sometimes mess up, or sometimes theres only 1 functioning.

Pros: Good location, clean hotel, clean room and comfortable bedding Cons: No basic toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers) but a very hotel. I still recommend this hotel. Oh btw no security deposit.

I am a fan of Red Planet, considering this is a cheaper hotel option that is cozy and nice. So far, Red Planet Binondo is my newest fave branch! This branch is just different from other hotel branches. I was surprised that it has a mini ref, volt and even a sturdy table that is not beside the bed. Will definitely go back to this hotel branch! 👍👍👍

Love it here. I sprained my ankle while I was travelling alone in Manila and the staff was so good to me and helped me out every step of the way. The place is spotless. Great wifi and good cable. Bed is comfy and most importantly, staff is amazing!!!

Highly recommend to ROFs who need a mandatory qrt hotel stay in Manila. No need to spend your hard earned money of luxury hotels when you can't even use the facilities. This hotel was modern in style with great wifi. The staff were very accomodating to your needs. For a three star hotel I give it five stars status!
