I had a great stay at Red Planet Pekanbaru from 27 Nov to 1 Dec. When I checked in, the Reception crews were very friendly. I know that a room was already PRE-allocated to me, but I made a request for a room facing the Pekanbaru Mall, and your crew was very accommodating :) Thanks heaps for that, and I got the view of the mosque as well - woke me up in the early morning, but I didn't mind at all. The mosque was beautiful :) The room (417) was clean, and everything works well (except the safe was temperamental, I suppose it needed a battery change). The air-conditioner worked well, and NOT NOISY at all... a real bonus for me as i am sound-sensitive. I didn't require housekeeping for my 3 days stay, but I saw the Housekeeping staff working very diligently and they kept all the rooms spotless, so WELL DONE to the Housekeeping Team :) One thing I regretted was not getting the breakfast package, the coffee & breakfast served was the best in any Red Planet!
