Hotel staffs are very kind and accommodating. The room is clean, wifi is great, there is a Lawson just outside the hotel. Walking distance from Susukino where you can find open restaurants even midnight. There is also a coin laundry.

New Hotel, overall good”
New hotel, spaciest hotel room for middle budget I have ever stayed in Sapporo. One down side is the lady at the front office that I think kinda rude. Knowing I’m a foreigner her face straight up annoying. I know the check in time is 15.00, which I didn’t mind. I arrived at 14.00 and she just have to make a point I could not check in until 3pm. But after 20mins later, another staff whose polite enough and apologized to make me wait kindly let me to check in even before 3pm.

Great hotel, okay location”
Fashionable and clean hotel. The walk to the station a bit slick in the winter. Would be ideal in the spring and summer. We enjoy all of our stays with Red Planet, and I definitely look forward with seeing what their other properties offer.

It's great value for money! The place is near Hosui Susukino station, which is just 1 station away from Odori stn. We stayed there during the duration of the winter festival. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms are very clean. Breakfast is okay and I dont think the choices change that much from day to day, but everything is decent. Still 5*! Red Planet was the cheapest lodging we can find during that peak season, and from here, it's very easy to go to places we wanted to go within Sapporo. Lawson is also just across the hotel so it's very convenient. :)

Bed is very comfortable. Good shower and toilet. Staff helped us with directions to our rental car company and shuttle bus stop to airport. Staff also helped us to explain directions to the taxi drivers. Good location with sort walk to reach Susukino.

A pretty new hotel with all set-up are just brand new 👍👍👍👍👍 Very friendly + young staffs and the check-in / check-out process are speedy 👍👍👍👍👍 Lawson just opposite the hotel and daily parking at ¥ 2000 but subject to car with height limit < 1.5 m . Anyway you may park your car at Minami 8-3 with daily charge at ¥ 900 - 1000 as per staff recommendation being limited car park lots at hotel 👍👍👍👍👍

Location slightly away from centre but if you may walk for a 10 - 15 mins to the nearest MRT then everything will be perfect . Lawson is exactly opposite the hotel that you may get your daily supply 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 Hotel parking charge at ¥ 2000 but limited to car with height limit < 1.5 m but staff will advise you to park at street 8-3 at ¥ 900 - 1000 that is lovely @ don't park at nearer car park as it may cost you a ¥ 3000 for a 12 hrs duration .

Nice and clean hotel but small room”
The hotel is located on the outskirts of the main shopping areas but if you don't min walking about 30mins, down a straight road it will lead you to Nijo market and one end of Tannukoji Shopping Street. There is a nice big park nearby for a good morning jog. No complains about the room except that it is small but compared to most city hotels, it is acceptable.

No expectation for just a sleep”
Staff are kind and helpful. Room is tidy but not spacious, no way to go through when the luggage is opened. Breakfast, shouldn't expect much. Just sleep for a night and transit to Niseko. Not recommend if you stay more than one night in Sapporo.
