              Hair was everywhere. Towels, sink, bedding. We saw a roach and the bedding was stained/not clean.

              Within walking distance to TempleLive concert venue, several good restaurants, and Fort Smith Coffee Co. I went for a concert, had dinner out, walked to and from TempleLive, and had a comfortable and safe stay. There are really no amenities, but there's a coffee maker/coffee, a microwave, a small fridge, and a hairdryer in each room. My room and bath were clean and in good repair. Happy with my stay. 🙂

              Never choose Red Roof Inn”

              They took my money for the room but did not mention needing a deposit until it came time to check in. Then the woman at the desk was so horribly rude and God awfully hateful and disrespectful to me for no apparent reason I wanted the snatch her thru the window. I would never in my life ever stay there!!!

              Concert Goer”

              The motel was clean and the bed was comfortable. We went to a concert at TempleLive and it was so close that we walked there and back. We had no worries about paying for any parking spots. It was very nice.

              Weekend trip”

              If you’re looking for to stay downtown, with immediate access to ALL the great things Fort Smith has to offer, such as art, coffee shops, and a very cool vibe, this hotel is perfect. I had a very comfortable stay; nothing too fancy, but everything accommodated. I noticed my room wasn’t swept too well, but that was my only complaint! I would definitely recommend this motel to a friend.
