Smooth sailing”
I caught the last shuttle of the evening (just after midnight), so can't say what would happen outside of their normal hours. Friendly driver, and the hotel was only a few minutes away. Very friendly receptionist, I was SO glad to be greeted this way after a 14 hour flight from Taiwan! Free shuttles run back to the airport every half hour. Breakfast is included - haven't had it yet! The room is a basic American hotel room, very clean, comfy bed, hot shower. I paid $59US, which I consider well worth it given the fee shuttles and breakfast.

the location is excellent, there are a lot of shops nearby. they have free airport shuttle and breakfast :) the room is very spacious and clean. staff were helpful.

Pretty ok”
Was a decent area for the money. Room was clean, there was a hole in the wall but other than that looked pretty new. Had to put down a $100 deposit but didn't have an issue getting it back. Only complaint was there is no microwave in the room I had, there was one off from the lobby but it was old and beat up.

Breakfast was very minimum items but can’t complain for the price. Free shuttle between airport is also helpful.

Frustrating and costly without wifi 75% of my stay, with out the ability to use online banking, appointment conformations, Email, mapping , Skype, and Facebook Messenger all of which effected my ability to prepare for the immediate use of my time for the goals of my stay in the United States. Even the Recorded message of the outsourced IT support was a roadblock to any relief of the facilities internet reception or lack of internet all together!

Perfect for near IAH”
this is a very simple and good value hotel near to IAH. it is very convenient as it is near few fast food within walking distance like Taco Bells, Church's Chicken and Jacks in the box. the bus station is very near and convenient way to go downtown if you need to. i have done some look around and the other airport hotels are just not as convenient and was not near the price range. If only they have some savory options for breakfast such as eggs and sausage, that would make this hotel 100% BEST VALUE in IAH

The batheoom wasn't really cleaned. There were hair all over. Clump of Hair under the sink. ”
Comforter had a huge cigarette hole on it. Towels were thin and old. Didn't smell Fresh. It could still be a really nice hotel but it needs thorough cleaning and fresh new towels ..towels are worn out and thin. Associates are very friendly rinedly and welcoming Waited 20 minutes to be oicked up at the airport . .long wait after long tiring international flight

Not very strict with COVID protocols”
I had to ask the airport shuttle driver to put a mask on and only about half of the hotel staff wore masks consistently. They didn't ask guests to wear masks, either, so many didn't. Also, if you stay close to the lobby, wear earplugs because it is often very loud. And, they no longer provide continental breakfast. Only coffee.

Terrible experience at this hotel ”
The hotel shuttle driver “must have missed her” on the last run and he went home, so an hour wait in the cab line. Hotel check in staff was rude and stressed. The room was unremarkable except for the fact there was NO Air Conditioning. Spent a miserable night in a pool of sweat. Awakened to a breakfast that had only cereal and half a bowl of milk left, everything else was gone. Only slightly better than spending the night at the airport....

Customer service is okay . The door card key didn’t work it took an hour to fix while I am in the door . Inside not enough pillow and clean sheets . The shower bath is looks chocolate .I will not come back again

I stayed for 6 nights. Staff was really nice. I only had an issue with the toilet paper roll holder being broken. If it was one night, I could overlook it. I personally don't like to touch the toilet paper roll; others might have touched. They did send maintenance to fix it on morning of 3rd day. They do except pets. There were soap dispensers in the shower and by the sink. Refrigerators in the room, microwaves were down in the lobby. Good stay overall. Be careful with the parking. There was no security, and a man had his catalytic converter stolen after being parked there 5 days. It was in the front part of the parking lot. Multiple vehicles have had this happen at this location. Police don't seem to care, so be careful.

잠시 경유하기에는 최고였던듯. 공항셔틀이 있지만 공항에서 숙소로 오려면 전화로 불러야한다. 버스정류장도 가까워서 좋음 주변에 음식점도 많지만 리퀄샵은 일찍닫는듯.
