Never again! ”

I came in around 10 pm on a Sunday night. The guy @ the night desk was NOT friendly at all. Once I got to the room the fire alarm was beeping due to no batteries, there was no mini fridge, no microwave, no coffee pot, no hair dryer, & last bit not least, there wasn't even a chair!!! It was chilly that night & the unit didn't have a heater. The unit only had options for Cool or Fan. The bed had an extremely thin cover & a sheet. I froze to death all night & since I had the air unit off, the interstate traffic was extremely loud. I didn't get much rest at all. I would NOT recommend this place.

Rude staff, stained sheets, broken ac unit, cigarette ashes in bedside drawer, no warm blankets”

It was very dirty, needed an extra blanket bc it was so cold at night hotel staff told me their were no extra blankets. She was also very rude and couldn’t believe my audacity to ask for another blanket. The bed sheets had stains on them, there was a pair of dirty shorts under the bed. There was an iron but no ironing board. I opened the bedside drawer and it was full of cigarette ashes. Will not be staying at another red roof inn ever.
