              Dirty room, staff at reception totally uninterested in state of room. Complained on check in, after seeing room state. Too tired to move out to another hotel. How could this facility be allowed to operate ? Don’t stay here.

              AWFUL”

              Room smelled like cigarette/marijuana even in a non-smoking room TV didnt work (did not turn on) Bathroom smelled terrible especially around the toilet bowl. We didnt try their breakfast since we'd better off getting our own food from restaurants nearby.

              The owner of this motel CARES and it shows. They have taken a lemon and turned it into sweet lemonade for those who are lucky enough to stay. The room has been upgraded with all the modern amenities you would expect for this price. Comfy bed, big tub and flat screen TV. Cleaners are on point, they turned down my room with great attention to detail making day two feel like I had just checked in again. Location for Maxwell and Gunter activities is perfect. Within 7 minutes travel of anything you need. Here is what I would put on this years spend plan: safes for the room and a waffle maker for breakfast. Only when you can afford it though, if you need the money to continue keeping your other amenities top notch stick with it. I was very happy.
