The hotel eas great. Great location, clean, place to walkbyour dog, including theyvhave doggy bags a a bin near by to dispose of the poo. The only real downside was the laundry facilities and parking. The parking lot is not really large enough to accommodate the amount of rooms at the hotel. The laundry facility is the same thing 2 washers and 2 dryers only for all the rooms. I waited 2 hours for an available washer and then the people before me decided to dry twice. Next time I will probably just use a laundry matt. Other than those 2 things my stay was great. Oh they should place slip guards in the showers they are a bit slick. Staff was friendly and helpful.

“Mediocre ”
This hotel has a lot of potential, but needs some TLC and consistency in the staff. I stayed 3 nights and my takeaway is that this hotel does the minimum necessary to stay out of 1-star territory. While the room I was in was basically clean, it had no coffee maker, fridge or microwave. From towels to pillows to shampoo and soap, they give the minimum necessary. The staff was hit and miss. The man who checked us in barely looked at me and did not speak clearly, but the man on the second day was very friendly and assisted with a special request. The facility was under renovation in places, which is probably a good idea given the creaky elevator and bouncy second floor. In summary...it's not a horrible place, but for the rate, I'll search around for an alternative place next time I'm in PHX.

“Not a home base”
Too much allergen in pillows and mattress. Those things that make a sucking sound needed on surfaces. Housemaid manager very rude to me "you need to get out" when nobody would tell about maid service. Like I'm going to rape their maid who wouldn't say because she don't speak two words even. Waste of money
