Slum area”

Started off awful and just got worse. I called to tell them I'd be getting in very late because uhaul had messed up my order for work and was told that was no problem.... well when I got there after already pre-paying the entire 5 days I was told my reservation was only for 1 day. The front desk was VERY rude and I was too exhausted after driving over 8 hours to fight. Then when I finally got to my room, the bar lock was completely broken off my door and they refused to change my room. I was on the road side and it's as busy as a highway at all hours of the night. On top of that there were dogs barking and people screaming and shouting at all hours of the day and night. 110% TONS of drug deals there!! Wicked shady area and hotel!! I will never be staying here again!

Not worth the money ”

The halls smelt of cigarette smoke. But as soon as I opened the room door I smelt a gush of fabuloso. I’ve gotten a suite as I needed the space. The sofa bed was thin as paper extremely uncomfortable as were the pillows. There was not enough toiletries in the room and when requested we were badgered and only given one of each item. Not a comfortable stay at all.

Small, uncomfortable beds, road noise was very noticeable from Rt13. Breakfast was skimpy...moved to a different hotel for the rest of my stay and it was only $10 a night more way better stay.

The bathrooms and floors need to be cleaned a little better. Also the walls in the bathroom need to be scrubbed and wiped down after each person stays and they show they are not.
