Staff was awesome my pets got spoiled rotten too. Swimming and soaking were very peaceful. Close to lots of shopping and dining. Breakfast was more than what i expected. The guest laundry area was ready and clean and easy to catch up my laundry for pretty cheap. All in all great couple days spent here.

A place to forget your worries”
I met the owner. Although we were standing out front it took me by surprise.when he said he was the owner. Down to earth person easy to talk to. Staff was considerate and address any needs without having to go find someone else. This is my third stay and will be back.

I booked 2 queen beds the front deck person gave us 1 queen bed. We have to come down and comlain ”
She gave us 2 queen beds . Also we checked in around 11:30pm. She was on the phone for more than 15 mins before she checked us in and was not in the front deck when we came down to change the room. We had to wait more than 10 mins again.

The hotel smelled awful. The ice machine was filthy and the hallways were littered with dirty linens outside of peoples rooms.

They lost my business”
My company spends 1000's here annually. I don't expect preferred or VIP treatment.that's not what I'm looking for, but what I am looking for is professionalism and not being rude. The front desk guy Chris told me he "Will not" 3 agressive & confrontational times specifically said he will not print an invoice for me. Not can not but "will not" I actually was looking forward to meeting with Lisa the general manager in the morning and negotiating something on a weekly basis because I'm in this city three times a week but now I will take my business elsewhere!

BED BUGS”
I stayed for one night and got 70 bed bug bites. Other travelers checking in were saying that the rooms weren't cleaned between the previous person and their stay. The staff didn't really seem to care and didn't offer any solutions. Would rather sleep outside than sleep here again, the place needs a deep clean and an attitude adjustment.

The place was renovated, but rough areas were just painted over. The bedding was stained. The environment was not family friendly with individuals swearing in the halls at 3 AM. The breakfast was decent. The pool was a beautiful area, but it was dirty.
