I stay at this Red roof on occasion and every time the staff it just gets better and better and better they are the friendliest nicest most accommodating Red roof staff I have ever encountered especially Robert who looks so dapper and it's so friendly and smart thank you to you and your staff for another pleasant day

Weekend Stay”
Front desk evening agent was very patient and helped me book my room. I used AGODA booking and they didn’t book my room and I had to wait almost 2hrs to receive payment from them to Red Roof. Was a lot to take in but the hotel is very nice and the only thing could be better was floor cleanliness.

Only thing that I didn’t care for , is who ever cleaned the room didn’t empty out the refrigerator, and left me left overs .. from like a cook out too a lot of food lol

Inexpensive place for a night”
This is one of the least costly hotels we would find in the general area we needed. The room was OK, but rather small. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would consider staying again if I need a hotel for the night again in that area.

Pretty decent for the price”
Definitely not the best but it’s not the worst either. Room was nice and clean but they should consider adding a mini fridge in the rooms. Location not too bad either fairly 20 minutes away from Lenox. I would definitely come back and stay again though.

Everything was OK except housekeeping needs to pay more attention to detail. The nightstand was very dusty and the alarm clock was behind it and nothing was plugged up. I noticed empty water and drink bottles under the bed. Surfaces under the TV and on the desk were sticky. The bathroom, sink area and linens were clean and fresh though. There was no ice my entire stay though.

Rooms could be updated! . Stayed in 2 different rooms. Both dressers did not have any drawers in them. They where broken, and neither room had a desk chair. Floor need to be moped with Soap and Water , not a dust mop!

The rooms were dirty , towels smelled bad , cigarette butt behind dressers in none smoking rooms, hair still in the shower, it does not live up to the pictures on this website. The bed is comfy my husband was going to get ice and our "clean " ice bucket still had vomit chunks in it .

Location awesome but feels like your in the SWATS AKA THE HOOD if you need to buy weed the property smells of if so just ask someone and I’m sure they’ll hook you up you don’t get a safe feeling it’s in Buckhead but feels like your at your homies house in the hood I did

Building Problems”
Hotel is full of questionable guests. The back of the building 3rd floor is falling off. My room's ceiling is leaking and flaking, the coffee machine doesn't work and leaks water all over the place, and the TV is on satelite thus as soon as it rained the picture went out. My room smells like smoke and weed. The parking lot and walking breezeway are a little dangerous.
