The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean even though the office and elevator is a little iffy along with the exterior of the building. There is a motel 6 right next door so that tells you about the area.. Not the greatest but definitely not the worst. Lots of drug addicts always walking up and down the street and on the corners.

Being Accused!”

I was traveling with my 76 year father and my 11 year old daughter to visit Phoenix over the weekend. Just we came in from Sedona around 7:20 pm when one of the hotel staff was banging our door. When I open the door she said that I need to check out because they can smell a smoke. I told her we don’t smoke. She’s very insisting and rude asking us to leave. She took off and a minute after came back banging the door again and ordering us to leave. So, I told her ( Gabriella) that why don’t you come in and check the room. She refused to come in. We ask to send a police so they can check our room and to clear up the accusations but we waited for 2 hours nobody came. It was a very horrible experience to my family. I’ve never experienced such a thing in my traveling life.

Manager was so unprofessional ”

I stayed at this Hotel and got accused by the Manager had 15 min to leave and didn’t get no warning and I had just woken up . To be woken up n told I had to leave when I had just woke up not showered yet I was extremely dissatisfied. I asked for my money back and 1 week later my card is still being charged . This is unexceptable for a professional work place.

We are in transition between homes. This place is among many hotels in a half mile radius. Great value. Pet friendly. Great staff. Great products and amenities. Many places to eat and right near highway.

Red Roof counts every dollar. Instead of a box of tissues like every other hotel chain they give you a small pack. No Fridge or microwave unless you upgrade. No hair drier, Every other hotel chain has at least a hair drier.

Rooms are clean and fragrant. 2 large queen size beds with free coffee at the lobby but no breakfast.

While the beds were comfortable, the noise from the hall and the other rooms seemed to be amplified. Water pressure was terrible. We accidentally left an item behind and the hotel was very difficult to work with in getting it returned. No place to print tickets or boarding passes. The experience was bad enough that I would not stay with this chain again.

I waited 45 minutes before they finally got the paperwork sorted out. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. When I spoke with the manager on the following morning, she refused to admit any culpability. I have traveled throughout the world and never have I experienced such a problem.
