The bed sheets seems like it was not changed as there were hairs on it. The supplied sheet to be used as blanket was old and have stains. The sink was blocked. I booked two rooms and same thing happened to the other room. The toilet in the other room was also so dirty and won't flush.

Very good location because it is near Robinsons mall. Staff are very helpful. It's an old place and needs an upgrade/refurbishing. But if you just need a place to sleep that is cheap, the place is just fine. Every unit has its own parking garage, so plus points for that

Very simple room but comfortable. Its old but clean. Old but clean bathroom. Cold AC. Strong Mobile LTE signal for Globe and Smart. I was able to work properly. No refrigerator.

The location and staff were okay but there WIFI sucks. Yes, it will show on your phone that you are connected but you cannot use it all...the messenger, YouTube etc. Also please make sure your surroundings are clean there are dog and cat poops.

Location wise, its good. But if you are looking for a clean hotel this is not the best one. When we check-in, the side tables were so dusty and the washroom is not so clean.

Picture is deceiving. You will not get the same exact accommodation as stated esp with furniture and cleanliness. Plus toilet is not being thoroughly clean. It has black molds.

Location is great. Nearby a famous local mall. A 24/7 convenience store is at the entrance. I would have rated it as perfect if not for the staff that led me to their regular short time rooms only to realize that I booked online and should be led to the better room by red doorz. Reception was asking me to pay fot the 15 min stay at the earlier room. Good thing supervisor waived it.

Photos in Agoda are not the same in actual. Pillows are flat and hard. Blanket and towel looks very old. Service is good though as staff are attentive. I hope though you could post the real photos of the rooms.

Nagbooked ako online ng Reddoorz and dito din pala yun. 1 star lang sana, pero meron padin iilang staff na mababait at approachable during my 2 nights stay. Nakakadismaya lang nag expect ako kasi RedDoorz hotel, pero grabe. 1. Pag akyat, kasama isang staff ang sungit, tapos kasama sya umaakyat dun plang nilagay ung bedsheet and pillowcase. 2. Ung room, walang maintenance. Walang bombilya ung ibang ilaw. Yung faucet sira, dimo mapihit kasi putol. Basta! madami pa. In all, madumi ang room at madilim pa dahil kulang bombilya. Yung room yata na matagal na di nagagamit ang binigay 😔😔 ikakasira ng RedDoorz Hotel pag pinagpatuloy ito ng 77Travellers Inn.
