Good place to stay near airport. Comfy bed and clean room. Staff were friendly. It was really handy as there was a kitchen and fridge and living area all in one spacious room. Only downsides were that the toilet would not flush. Amenities I.e toilet paper were not replenished and some properties had no WiFi. The staff did work hard to resolve the WiFi issue, but WiFi is a must nowadays in hotels and hostels.

This place is 20min away from NAIA Terminal 3 via Grab. Its rate is the cheapest I found considering its location. However, the room where we stayed is not as clean as in the photos. Also, may 7 Eleven sa labas pero kailangan pa namin maglakad ng at least 8min palabas from our unit. If you'll travel without a private car, this isn't recommended.

The unit was nice and spacious, and we like the interior arrangements. However, the unit seemed to be very new bcs of the prominent paint smell, dusty bathroom and corners. The bed and dining chair also squeak. Also, we were not able to utilize the terrace bcs a celebration with a lot of people was happening below our unit. All in all, we would give it a three stat review.

Our stay with Reddoorz @ Cassel Residence was almost perfect... There wasn't bottled water prepared. And maybe, they should be checking the guests on their first day of stay or check in , how is everything

The place was very budget friendly. The room also has a huge space, a dining table, utensils,and a fridge. Overall it was good; however, the bathroom was not a 100% clean. There were still empty shampoo sachets and used bar soap that were probably from the previous user.

Maganda ung room and what i like the most is kompleto ung appliances that we needed. We just have a problem sa girl na nasa admin when we check in last Dec 26. It looks like that she dont know whats shes doing. But ung ibang staff naman is mababait. Kudos to ate na nagpa check in sa amin nong Dec 20 and c ate na naghatid sa amin sa room last Dec 26.

Near airport. Good for family stay as it was an old condo turns to transient rooms. Affordable with free wifi and cable tv. Good value for money. Not perfect but still a good place for short stay.

The place is worn although bigger than most hotel rooms as I heard our rooms used to be condos. The amenities were decent and they also have a decent size refrigerator. I felt that the rooms weren’t really cleaned because they were stained in the sofas and it felt itchy to sit on. The shower wasn’t working nor the toilet flush. Although I have to say that i wasn’t expecting much for a 800 pesos room, but there has to be standards. The place was a little hard to get to as our taxi almost got lost. The security guards were very nice and helpful, and they checked us in. I was expecting a front desk. Overall I would give 2 out of 5 experienced. Thank you!
