The staff is courteous. Although the hotel is new and unknown to the tricycle driver, but it is accessible to all places like provincial capitol, church and others. The room is big and I like the door security (hi-tech)

I booked 4 standard room for whole family of 8 adults and a small boy.The room for the prices was ok. The interior design of rooms was ok. The only downside was their reception counter was on 3rd level. Rooms are all at 3rd and 4th floor. If you have elderly with walking issue, you might need to consider other options

Even after one year the toilet stil broken. No toilet paper. No bottle water. Many little flies. The desk boy came with incect spray. He saw the flys. Staf verry friendly and helpfull.

My daughter called in advance to request for a low-floor room due to my leg injury and a clean room as well. But I ended up getting a high-floor room and the blankets and sheets were dirty, when I asked the reception for a different room, they did not help me with it and told me it's the best one they could offer despite our early requests. I switched to a different hotel and was accommodated better over there. The only positive thing with my room here was the AC working well.

First let me say that the price was very good. However I would have gladly paid a little extra for a better room. When we arrived we were greeted by a 2 story climb just to get to the front desk. Once we got there we were told that we didn’t have a reservation and they were fully booked. We made a reservation online and had our confirmation number. The gentleman at the desk made some phone calls and like magic a room was available. The room was pretty small but fairly clean. The bathroom was very very small and was missing the toilet seat. I asked about getting one but the gentleman at the front desk just shrugged and said sorry. There was a little door behind the air conditioner and I found the toilet seat!! The t.v. Remote didn’t work and the internet was extremely slow. I would not recommend staying at this hotel unless there was no other option.

This place was extremely dirty and one of the staff member pretend to be me and complain to agora but to be honest I ended up leaving before the stay ended because it was very dirty, water would completely run out and would have to ask the staff to turn the water back on. Also this site charged me way more then the price to stay was which is horrible I do want my mo ey back solely on how bad it was. Only 1 staff member was awesome but all and all was the worst hotel I have ever been too.

The receptionist didn’t inform me ahead of time that I have to pay per hour for my early arrival which is 7am. My understanding is I can check in early for free which most of my hotel I stayed allowed me to or informed me that I have to pay. Should I know that it isnt free I just go out and wait for the check in time. This is far from the city center and restaurant near the area.
