      Kebersihan kamar kurang...bed cover tdk d ganti.kotor ada bekas kaki. 1 kamar handuk cuma dikasih 1 padahal kita berdua. Reservasi utk bed yg king malah dikasih double bed.ac juga tidak ada remote nya jd tidak bs mengatur suhu.

      Liburan 2 hari ke bojonegoro”

      Tempat bagus, nyaman dan enaak buat keluarga. Akan tetapi alangkah lebih baik semisal para staf nya mau ngobrol atau mau berbincang2, bercanda ria jangan di depan kamar atau di dekat kamar yang terdapat customer karena takutnya terganggu, untuk para staf lebih ramah lagi ya jangan memandang customer dari kalangan apapun karena kenyyamanan customer lebih diutamakan. Dan saat mau menunjukkan kamar saat pertama datang alangkah lebih baik staf nya mengecheck terlebih dahulu fasilitas yang ada apakah sudah tersedia atau tidak.

      Kebagian kamar yg tdk recommended. AC kamar 35 tdk nyala, kuncinya sering macet, tdk ada sabun mandi cuma shampoo. Shower air hangat tdk bisa pdhl bawa anak kecil. Handuk juga cuma 1. Pesan kamar kasur besar ternyata dapat twin. Tidak ada fasilitas mushola. Walaupun dekat dg masjid, krn waktu itu kami datangnya sdh malam, masjidnya sdh ditutup. Sebetulnya dg harga segini di yg lainnya bisa dapat lebih
