Cheaper and Cleaner”
I felt that my stay was safe, the room is with available appliances such as a small ref and microwave which is conducive for not going outside because of the pandemic. The only minor issue I had was there were no other channels available on their TV. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and definitely would like to book next time.

I've selected the option where it says it has a benefit for late check out since our flight back to Cebu is by 8:00 PM, however when we reached the hotel, we we're told that they are only basing on the hotels policy and check out should be by 12:00 noon. It should not be stated on the app then. False information.😂 Anyways, with its price for the aircon room and water with heater, I think that's fair enough.😉

I just stay for few hours before the flight and good place to stay for transient for having nearby errands . The staff are accomodating even I arrived late already, still she facilitate my checking in. A+ for not allowing UnMarried Couples to Check in. Overall, its worth the price.

The staff was nice and kind. They’ll give you what you requested. Though, the place was small. The bed is soft and comfortable. The only problem was the door knob and faucet was rusty. It’s quite scary to use.

Not a hotel, but a tiny narrow dorm type of room. There are no facilities, not even a lobby, that give hotel feels. If there's any consolation, it's that your tiny room still has a comfort room and the air-conditioner will work well given the room's tiny size. Location is one jeepney/tricycle away from a hospital, bus stations, malls and restaurants though Savory's which is just right around the corner is always an undeniable excellent choice for a worthy meal. Convenience stores like Lawson's and 711 are near, too. Overall, room is a satisfactory choice for a literal sleep in without expecting hotel comfort. The price of 1,000+ has just got to be two times cheaper, or else, you will be really disappointed and regretful in the end.

The room is small for two pax and even a bit claustrophobic-ish for one. There won't be any hotel feels because the building used to be a dormitory for seamen, so don't even expect hotel-ish facilities. However, if you are looking for an air-conditioned room that's just literally for a night to sleep in or if you are someone coming from afar and needed to be in Pasay or Manila the earliest time possible like when lining up for OWWA or getting onto the bus station at a graveyard time, then this room might be the one you are looking for though I still think the price of 1,000+ was two times higher than what the room should be.

I don't recommend this hotel. wifi signal is very poor also data. Don't have towel in the room, aircon is not working and very noisy. All rooms is very small even double room. Staff are nice and respectful.

The location was accessible, but the comment was the room very big different from the one posted here in Agoda than in actual. Many cockroach, the sink very bad the water takes time to drained and the faucet many stain and the toilet very bad. Sorry but this is not recommendable. Not worthy for money.

Hot water, noisy air con, no window, tiny room that needed to breathe. It was the cheapest, and I'm glad for it, ate at the cafe several times. 50p for meat and 30 for veg.

No towels provided even when we were promised that it will be available in the morning. Wifi is only available in the small lobby/reception. There is also a 10pm to 5am curfew.
