I was transferred to a more pricey room because the staff cant open the door of the room I am supposed to stay. However, the room I was transferred at was a little smelly. The pillowcase is not newly replaced. It is as if somebody used it. The TV is not working to. But since I just stayed for a night, twas fine.

The place was hard to find since they changed names from Colors (?) Hostel to C Hostel. The location was off the main road and you have to go through an unpaved one, so tricycles were hard to come by. There were dead mosquitos in my bed, it didn't look like it was cleaned before I came and checked in. 1/4 of the showers worked during my stay, but thank God I woke up early so there was no line. No one was there during check out, they have a note that if you're suppose to check out before 6am, you should inform the staff before hand, but I tried checking out at 6:30am and no one was around. Thank God I didn't pay for anything since I just used AgodaCash.

Poor customer service”
Reception should be available 24/7. We arrived late at the hotel due to sudden flight cancellation because of the bad weather then we were not allowed to have late check-in because no one is at the reception area. We waited for very long. We tried to coordinate thru email and even via fone just to reach you but to no avail. Then we asked for refund because of what happened then no refund or apology was made from RedDoorz.

Not Introvert-Friendly”
The bathroom was separate, so you need to go downstairs just to take a bath. The walls are also made of a plywood so it was easy to hear the other room. Location-wise, this is near the airport. However, the front of the hotel is a strip of land, about 50 meters, that is underdeveloped. This road becomes dirty when it rains. Overall, the saving grace is the price for the location. It was cheap enough, so it's good enough.

Near The Airport But Undeveloped Road”
Near the airport so it was easy for us to go to the airport. However, you will need to pass through a strip of undeveloped road, about 50 meters. The room and the whole building itself is generally clean. However, it was raining when we came so the undeveloped road was not clean for walking. WiFi is bad, just like most accomodations I've been to, but the heater was working. Toiletries were also complete.

Worst RedDoorz Hotel ”
Everything is not what is advertised, fake pictures. The place is very dirty with lots of beer bottles, cigarettes butts, plastic and other scattered cleaning materials. They gave me different room, it look like maid/helper's room. The room is dirty, there are garbage under the table and inside the cabinet, linens are not smelling good, bed request was not granted, no tv, no wifi, no personal cr and the common cr are dirty. The worst part is that there's no water. The front desk officer leave the hotel and only one helper was left in the hotel who can't decide and can't do anything with all the concerns. The hotel is worst. Beware.

Staff try to rip you off at every opportunity”
Had problems checking in and was asked to pay a 400 pesos per night supplement was then charged 3000 pesos for a broken tap the place is also very noisy at night had people drinking right outside my room until 2am a few nights

공항에서 가깝고 시내 중심에 있어서 좋았습니다. 주인 아주머니가 너무 친절하고 편하게 해주셔서 좋았고 액티비디도 겸하고 있어서 프에르토프린세사에서 지내기 좋았습니다. 공동화장실이라 개인 여행객이야 별 상관 없겠지만 프라이버시를 중시하는 여행객은 불편할 것입니다.
