Really a good deal everytime choosing Reddoorz. Location is a hidden gem in the fancy area. Close to main shopping mall and Korean area. Room is small but cozy and clean, acceptable for this high standard area neighbour. Hope to see more of Reddoorz in Vietnam

In District 7. Quiet area. Room was clean and modern. The only downside was its distance from District 1 and the lack of Pho places nearby. But lots of Korean restaurant options if you like Korean food.

The boss is a Korean and don't know the English well. I have booked wrong room and the agent cannot find them by phone, I think that is the reason. The Agoda booking system's bad and the staff cannot find the hotel people at any time, cannot communicate with hotel, at this instant messaging times, Agoda rely on the email as the final means to contact with hotel, it's curious and it's too far behind the world.

Nằm trong khu vực yên tĩnh, an ninh tốt. Điểm trừ là nhân viên giải quyết tình huống chưa chuyên nghiệp. Khách sạn gặp sự cố mất nước trong khi khách đang tắm, có nói với khách sạn, k khắc phục cho khách chỉ bảo khách thông cảm, mất tới sang hôm sau gọi thì bảo 8h, 9h hơn vẫn ko có nước, gọi hỏi thì có 1 phụ nữ nghe máy bảo đưa nước chai lên dùng đỡ (ko có nc đánh răng rửa mặt để đi ra ngoài luôn), xong cũng ko ý kiến gì.
