“Horror”
First, I thought it was like a regular daily lodging/boarding house, there was no lobby, and when I entered the front part that looked like an office, there were two people, one was Madurese, asking, "Excuse me, where is the lobby for the lodging? I have already booked and paid." The staff replied, "What do you mean by lobby?" The man said that the lodging at the back had changed management, so I asked again, "Is there no way to return it?" In my heart, I wanted to cancel. Even if I lose *** it wouldn’t matter. Then they said my name was not on the booking list. When I showed proof via Agoda, they said it wasn't in their system. In the end, I just took a photo of the booking proof and was given the key. I first asked, "Are there any other guests inside?" because the parking lot was completely empty, with only a few motorcycles that weren’t parked properly, probably belonging to the staff there, and there was a pickup truck with a cargo wrapped in fragile seals. When I was about to enter, the atmosphere was really strange, it was completely quiet, the youngest child was crying loudly wanting to go out, then I asked to move to the front room but was told I couldn’t because there were guests in it, so there were indeed no keys available, and the only empty room was mine at the very back corner. In just 10 minutes, I quickly organized my things and moved to my regular hotel with a price that was only slightly higher but had more comfortable facilities and wasn’t eerily quiet. I was curious about the reviews that said, "Okay, according to the price." Maybe they didn’t actually stay there, just used it for a few hours or something like that, maybe. Once was enough, I won’t go back there again.
