My main problem is the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Bathroom is really problematic. They need to make sure that the toilet is white and clean. They need to fix the door of the bathroom so it can be properly close. The wall of the room is also problematic. It should be clean and well painted. The towels are clean, but the carpets are not. I think reddoorz should work harder to train their partners improving the quality of their properties. It does not seem that reddoorz does good quality control. The real property does not look the same as the pictures in Agoda and the reddoorz websites.
