I can say with confidence that this is the best place in Davao with a price-quality ratio, where for a little money you get an excellent clean and quite spacious room with everything you need for your stay. I also want to note the high speed of the Wi-Fi Internet connection. Friendly staff, free hot and cold drinking water on each floor. I recommend. Will definitely be coming back again and again.

Worth the price”
For the price of around 900php per night it's comfortable enough.. it has a complete room amenities and it is new. They can provide daily cleaning and towels. Walking distance to Roxas market and very close to nice restaurants.

I booked it during weekdays and got it at half the price. The room is spacious, it have a standard desk, chair & lamp where you can do work. Just across the street you can have drinks.

Pros: 1) Near 711 and convenience 2) Near ATM 3) Near Claveria Road 4) Near Malls 5) The room are relatively new Cons: 1) No Breakfast 2) No elevator (good luck if you have luggage ) 3) Parking lot perhaps for only 2 vehicle Overall: Fine place to stay

Bit ordinary”
I booked 3 nights online and was given a tiny room with a window to the street which was a bit noisy. I couldn't breath when i first entered the room because someone had unloaded a can of fly spray right before i entered. The guy with my bag made a break for it to get away closing the door to the gas chamber behind him. This same guy (Reception/Bag guy) had a stupid look on his face as if to say he knew i wouldn't be happy so far but just deal with it... The pay tv stopped working and wasn't on for the majority of my stay. Theres not much in the way of restaurants around.. Location is right in the middle of town and the air is pretty polluted.. I got a chest infection while i was there so i had to stay and rest a few extra days.. Someone was trying to get in to my room rattling the lock while i was sick in bed .. when i called out hey they disappeared.. not sure why but it seemed a bit odd. When i extended the rate kept on changing wtf..? The girls working there were nice and polite.

The actual hotel is called Lestari. Checkin was smooth. Note however, that they ask for a 500 php deposit upon checkin which is refunded upon checkout. The hotel had good interior. Value for money given its price.

The name of the hotel is Lestari.With many food stalls/carenderia around.new hotel ,they also provide freebies(bottled water,toiletries). Good wifi connection.

寝られれば良いと思って予約したが、インターネットが２０メガ近くでていて驚いた（宿泊客が少なかっただけかもしれないので参考までに。。） シャワーはホットシャワーがちゃんとでたが、最初は操作が慣れないでどうやって使うか迷った。 歯ブラシもついていた。 メイン通りの１本裏なので、周辺が夜になると暗いかも。コスパは良いと思う。

酒店刚装修完，房间里味道很重，部分公共区域还在施工；WIFI只有在一楼前台可以用。选择订这家是因为住过其他的RedDoorz还不错，但入住时发现酒店LOGO并不是RedDoorz...不给退款，预订了两晚，勉强开着窗户住了第一晚，第二晚又花钱订了其他酒店。实话实说入住体验很差
