Red Doorz contracted a room which is cheaper than the hotel offer price
Normally Red Doorz will have its own brand of toiletries for guest but somehow the hotel staff claimed no longer have stock anymore. Although complaint has been lodged with Red Doorz in Jakarta, no remedial action was taken except the hotel provided its own soap as replacement. Disappointed with the deteriorating service of Red Doorz booking

Not Bad, strategic location
Hotel Not bad , cleanliness of toilet very dirty . The best for this hotel is strategic location and value for money. We Stay for 5night and the bed sheet not only 1 time change . Everything housekeeping all the facilities in the room not complete. Not replace tissues box, toiletries, never change bed sheet. About 7am the housekeeping already knock our door room how early, (not acceptable) this is disturbing us as a guest during our rest time. Please improve your service.

Fasilitas cukup bagus tapi banyak semut dikamar
Keperluan keluarga dengan anak kecil yang utama adalah air panas untuk membuat susu.. Karena tidak disediakan pemanas air didalam ruangan, merepotkan kami saat kami memerlukan air panas terutama saat malam hari, walaupun disediakan air minum pada dispenser, yang kebetulan letaknya agak jauh dari pintu kamar (redDoorz menyediakan kamar dibagian belakang hotel).... Juga semut yg hampir ditemukan disetiap sudut kamar....But Overall ok... Tks.
