Definitely a value for money. No regrets. Check in is smooth. Walang masyadong hiningi from us except the deposit of 1k for 1night. Location is good especially may mga jeep and taxis na nadaan sa tapat ng hotel, maraming food esrablishments around the area, close to Metcury Drugs and a hospital. The room is very spacious. As in. Like pwede siya gawing barkada room hahaha super clean din. No cockroaches, hndi malamok, aircon is malamig, tho hndi lng nagana mga remote pero pwede naman malipag channels thru the blackbox. Understaffed lbg ata since ung guard lng nagcheck out samin. Overall stay is good. Walang amoy, superalinis. Will def come back❤️
It's really an apartment building turned semi-hotel. The staff is just a group of people who are also generally helping out with the residents of Apartment 54. It's right in front of Delgado Hospital. Some rooms have refrigerators. You have to request for a kettle if it's available. Upside is, they allowed me to bring in a microwave I was testing for a friend. Walking distance to a drug store and the local Kamuning markets, where you can buy local food and fruits. QuikClean laundry is walkable for same-day laundry. Near to banks (BPI is around 3 blocks walk, BDO is around 1 block). No parking, you have to call them up and reserve, and it's 180 php per night. I only reserved for 2 nights since I needed to transport some materials. Easy enough to jump into a jeep going to Tomas Morato, Timog Avenue, Kalayaan Avenue, and Anonas or Sikatuna. Some small cockroaches but I stayed there for 5 nights, and only saw around 4. Will likely stay here again.
We stayed here for 6 nights. June 16 to 23. It was nice. Maayos naman kausap ang mga staff pag may request ka gagawan naman agad nila ng paraan. In my case, i did not ask them to clean the room kasi ayaw ko din na may pumapasok na ibang tao sa room specially andon yung mga gamit nmin so i asked for a new toiletries nlang at walis. Wala naman naging problema. It won’t hurt you to spend atleast 10 minutes cleaning your own room naman after going to work dba? Besides, hndi naman ganon kalaki yung room na wawalisan. Nagpapalit ako everyday ng mga bedsheet at twalya. Ok naman sila, wala naman ako narinig na complain. I was hesitating at first kasi may nagsabi dito na rude daw yung mga staff which i really don’t think so. Ginagawa naman nila yung trabaho nila ng maayos. Maxado lang sigurong sensitive yung ibang tao. Malinis yung room at may fridge. Also, anlapit sa tomas morato. Its a home for us. Will definitely stay here again.thank you very much apartment 20

“Affordable, comfortable, convenient ”
We stayed here to celebrate our monthsary, convenient location near Timog where we had our dinner. The room was very spacious, sheets were clean., would've wanted a comforter and or fluffier pillows. They had only one blanket and two soft thin pillows. The bed could be softer too. The shower was just okay, ours had a weak stream of water for some reason, and there was no bidet to my eternal disappointment, they had tabo but no timba. There was no full size mirror or even half body mirror. Just one at the bathroom and it’s a head mirror. No drawers to put ur stuff in. No hangers for ur clothes either. Just a rack where u can place ur bags. The air conditioning was superb though , so cold that we had to turn it off for a while. I saw just one cockroach during our stay. Lighting was okay. We enjoyed watching Netflix while having takeout breakfast. Signal was also good. All in all, it was just okay. You have to pay 180 pesos a night for parking even though ur a guest. Urgh. 1k security deposit is also required upon checkin. We had a better experience elsewhere at a lower price. Will probably still go back here to give it another chance.
