Second time living in here, best value for money hotel in surabaya. Cheap hotel with good vacilities like tv cable, large led tv 32 inch, clean bathroom with hot water, clean room.

small surprise in the middle of nowhere”
this hotel is tucked away in a labyrinth of small alleyways. even the taxi driver could not find it. there was not a western tourist to be seen for miles. Actually a little disturbing as the sun had set and i was still looking for this place. But when i went inside it was a pleasant surprise! Friendly staff, choice of take-away menus, small but comfy rooms mezzanine style with kitchen and all. Only 2 rooms have cable tv, the rest is normal. if youre on a tight budget and feel adventurous, this is the place for u!

The place is good and clean. I love my stay here, and probably will be back. but I've got difficulties to reach the location following the google map. My suggestion is don't follow the map you'd better ask local people there. we'd been around to find the hotel for almost and hour.

the room had mezanine for the bed. very pretty and very clean. like a tiny apartment. altho the location a bit written confusing on the map. but the point are right. its dukuh kupang X no.20 to said. will be back!

BANJIR AIR AC!”
Menginap 1 malam dengan pesan 4 kamar. Dapat 3 kamar di lantai dasar, dan 1 kamar di lantai 2. Sebenarnya mudah ditemukan, harus pintar baca maps. Hotelnya ber konsep rumah, jadi ada dapur, dispenser air panas, ada ruang makan, kantin. Kamar di lantai 2 konsepnya unik, 1 stengah lantai. Jadi begitu buka pintu, ada tangga lagi dimana letak kasur dan lemari, di bawahnya kamar mandi dan dapur kecil. Ada pengalaman kurang menyenangkan. Di kamar 4 lantai 2, tempat pembuangan air AC diletakkan di belakang lemari, ditampung dengan jerigen kecil. Hal ini tidak diberitahukan kepada kami. Dan kami juga tidak menyadari karena memang tidak terlihat. Sehingga yang terjadi adalah: tas kami yang kami letakkan di lantai BASAH SEMUA karena jerigen tersebut telah penuh. Baju-baju kami basah semua. Air AC itu juga jatuh ke lantai bawah, karena saat mau ke kamar mandi pagi2 hampir kepeleset juga. Kami marah, dan pihak hotel meminta maaf dan membantu setrika baju yang basah tersebut. Ini merugikan kami karena waktu kami terbuang sia-sia sangat lama karena menunggu baju2 yang basah tersebut bisa kering disetrika. Bagi anda yang mendapat kamar nomor 4 di lantai 2, harap memeriksanya, jangan sampai kejadian ini menimpa anda. Semoga pihak hotel telah memperbaiki, karena saya nyaman menginap disini.
