We have stayed at a fair number of hotels in Davao, including the expensive ones and this place is one of the best. Feels very homey and secure. I will book again.

Nice Room”
Room is affordable and yet cozy. We used Waze in finding the hotel, since taxi drivers or even locals are not familiar with its name “RedDoorz”. I just hope that they have a bellboy, or anyone who could at less attend to their customers who are having a hard time carrying their luggage (getting off and in the cab). A little extra always make a service commendable. Nonetheless, we still enjoyed our stay. I would still recommend this and will book again. Thank you!

We stayed here for 2 nights for a family of four with 2 young children. The room was clean and properly arranged. There was hot and cold shower, but no bidet in the cr but it was ok a "tabo" was ready for that already. The staff were helpful for our simple needs and request. No disturbance during our stay. If you want to visit ABREEZA AND SM lanang its near there and acccessible, there was a church nearby as well we went there for a Sunday Mass. There are nearby restaurants in the hotel, carenderia etc. convenience store was near and walkable. Overall will recommend the hotel to family and friends.

Unexpected experience”
I booked this place because the rooms looked nice and clean on the website, and yes undeed, it never failed us. We stayed in 3 different places during our trip and somehow this is the best so far. Don’t be fooled by the façade though because it may seem old and when you google the place, photo will show Anisabel Suites. That is the exact place tho. Surprisingly, the restaurant was good, ambiance a little bit dim and suited for romantic dinners, temperature a bit humid because they turned on the AC when we dined yet food was decent and good. Only downside is that the AC doesn’t get really cold but I love the linens, the bathroom is clean, service is okay, equipment and facilities is working. They even let us leave our baggage yhe whole afternoon while we went around the city. My family enjoyed our stay despite of the 7.0 magnitude earthquake. ☺️

It exceeded my expectation, pang 5 star hotel ang RedDoorz. The only negative for RedDoorz is the Location. Its quite far from the main city Road.

Between airport and town”
Clean and spacious room with big beds and small outdoor "yard". Halfway between airport and town center, not walking distance to Abreeza so it is not "near" altho public transport is available. Staff helpful.

Cozy, but not sound-proofed”
We liked the interior design and the size of the room. The food at the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. But the rooms are not sound-proofed. We could hear everything that was happening in the room next to ours, including phone conversations...plus they had a baby with them so it was not pleasant. Am sure they could hear us, too. Quid pro quo. Location is not accessible to public transport but it was easy to get taxis.

Well as for hotels this is one of the nice ones. It was very good value for money overall. Wifi good, and rooms clean and pleasant. Congratulations to standard of cleaners keeping the nice rooms clean. Keep them standards high and you always will get good reviews. Hotel isn't to far to main JP laurel St, where you have all your mall's and places to eat. it's a 60 peso ride in taxi, unless you're ok with grabbing a jeep. The hotel serves nice meals should you just want to eat in. No Pool or gym as hotel is small, but small is good in this case, as the detail is seen by staff. Will use again for short stays. It’s a clean, convenient, no-nonsense place. It hits all the basics a traveler needs at a cheap, no-frills price. The space is roomy, nice bathroom and not far from Ayala Mall. Recommended for the budget traveler. The food in the restaurant is mediocre. You might want to pass on it

LOVELY COZY PLACE!!!”
Let's start with the cons so we can end on a positive note ;) Cons: Address needs to be updated. It's 88 F.S. Dizon Street. It wasn't as easy to find as I hoped it would. If you're tsking a cab from the airport, pay attention to your right and look for "anisabel suites." If you wanna rely google maps, search for mamu's restobar (the hotel's restaurant which serves superb food!!) my room had a few little downside like the power doesn't automatically go on when I put my keycard in. I had to manage the room's main power source but I didn't mind. And maybe that was just in my room. and although it wasn't that easy to find for me, once I got there, IT WAS SO WORTH IT!! All the staff were polite and the room was lovely. There was a mini garden inside the room. I loved the set up of the entire thing!! From the restaurant, the event area and the room. Their toilet set up was pretty unique too. I loved it!!

Very good hotel great staff evsn a restaurant but there were lots of kids and while families running around room to room making a huge ruckus. Otherwise an excellent stay but other guests ruined it.

I liked the room because it looked elegant like a 4-star hotel but I wasn't too impressed with the extension door that our voice would easily be heard by the next room occupants. I didn't know what was its purpose. It seemed that we were sharing a door in two rooms. TV wasn't also working and the chandelier was for decor purposes only. Overall, it was a good experience. I really liked the ambience of the restaurant- romantic atmosphere.
